Is this waterproof & dustproof?

The SecuGen Hamster Pro 20 is IP54 rated for dust and water-resistance. It is NOT entirely waterproof. We do not recommend submerging the fingerprint reader into water.

Does this model have "fake finger rejection"?

The fake finger rejection is a facility normally never built in simple hardware like this but is in software associated with the hardware. You better check this with secugen manufacture of this .but this scan machine will not have it as this is simple scanner and not the sofisticated scanner arrangements used for the Airport security or Aadhaar Biomatric

Is it possible to ship with receipt for total amount thb 3,372.78 (thb 2,611.77 + thb 761.01 shipping & import fees) in thb ?

Useless

Spent hours trying to get support and drivers for this device without any respite. Connecting to Indian websites is impossible, there is no concept of customer support I cannot fathom why Amazon would allow such rubbish to pass through their franchise.

Costly, but gets the job done

Works very well, allowing to authenticate with various government services requiring biometric authentication. Installing the drivers and supporting apps was a bit fiddly but finally got there. The cost compared to other fingerprint readers is quite high too.
