I am very satisfied with the Curaprox CS 5460 toothbrushes. I use them daily, and they are by far the softest toothbrushes I have tried. They are extremely gentle on sensitive teeth and gums while still doing a great job at removing plaque. The brush head is well designed, and the bristles feel dense and high quality without being harsh. Since switching to these, brushing feels more comfortable, and my gums are noticeably less irritated. It has made a real difference in my oral care routine. The only thing to note is that the colors are random, so you do not get to choose them. That was not an issue for me, and it does not take away from the quality of the product. Overall, these are excellent toothbrushes and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone with sensitive teeth or gums.

This is the best toothbrush I've found in years of searching for a toothbrush with extremely gentle Ultra-Soft bristles. If you have receding gums, sensitive teeth, or other health issues, you could try Curaprox. In addition to its gentleness, I found that the shape and size of its small head comfortably accommodate my small mouth. HOWEVER, Curaprox has dramatically raised its prices. (The corporation is Curaden, a Swiss corporation.) LESS THAN 18 months ago, I paid $13.76 for a package of three. This was high for me at $4.58 each. The price on Amazon for the same 3-pack is NOW $24.24, a 76% INCREASE! (The rate of U.S. inflation is approximately 2.5%.) This price increase may be due to this administration's tariffs. I don't know about you, but I can't afford to spend $8 for ONE toothbrush.

I had some minor oral surgery which required "light brushing" so I tried these Ultra-soft toothbrushes.... holy cow they are soft. I was able to lightly brush the area and it didn't hurt, yet it did clean well. I found that it generally cleans well for normal teeth, and I bet it gets into smaller crevices better than a standard brush. So I might just switch to these for better cleaning.

The strengths of this product This set is sold as a 3-pack of colorful brushes. The design of the brush head has a series of soft, bristle-bundles that will gently polish tooth enamel and massage gums surrounding teeth. A desirable feature is the soft bristles. These are beneficial to mitigate damage to surface enamel while brushing and will assist in gently wiping away plaque and massaging gums to mitigate the development of gingivitis. The limitations of this brush The brush has a minimalist design with a straight and narrow plastic handle which is slippery when wet and requires some gripping pressure to prevent brush slippage while in use. What is missing is a comfortable thumb grip with a textured surface that will decrease slippage during use. What the brush critically lacks is “deeper-cleaning” ability. Because the bristle-bundles are of the same height and closely concentrated, the brush is less likely to reach in-between teeth and below the adjacent gum line to remove plaque and debris. While this is a good polishing brush, to clean effectively you will want to adopt a two-brush strategy with the second brush using wider spaced, angular, bristle-bundles that reach in-between teeth and below the gumline. In summary, these colorful brushes assist in polishing the tooth surface and the massaging of gums, but between teeth cleaning is limited. A second brush with widely spaced and angular bristles would balance and support a quality cleaning regimen. The smooth, narrow handle may be difficult for some to grasp and will slide and rotate when wet.

I will never buy another kind of toothbrush again. These feel like I'm brushing my teeth with velvet (in a good way). The bristles are super soft, but the density helps boost the cleaning ability. I typically replace my toothbrushes every 3 months, so I'll update this review if it doesn't last that long, but it seems well-made without being overly bulky or complicated. The little bristle cover is a bonus I wasn't expecting and I like it even more than my usual toothbrush covers.
