Purchased for our 4 and 3 year olds and it has been a wonderful addition to our learning resources. The vibrant colours and larger wooden letters are fantastic for little fingers. Some of the words below the letters are a little difficult to see due to the colours chosen, but this doesn’t have an impact of its use. It’s very sturdy having been made from wood but it is still lightweight and a good size overall.

My toddler loved this as a puzzle, then as a game of "find the letters" which were hidden in various places around my home, then was filled with unprecedented rage at its very existance (she would not listen when I explained that the "M" can't fit in the "C" slot). She also loved it as an impromptu weapon, and I can confirm that it doesn't break of your toddler decides to hit you over the head with it. So you might wonder why such a versatile product only got 4 stars? It's because the "Q" got stuck and I'm currently upset as I've lost the majority of letters

The letters are quite thick so they are easy to put in and out of the puzzle base. Very well made. Nice bright colours and pictures in the spaces where the letters go.

This is the single best item I have ever purchased for my daughter. We got it today and after playing with it for a bit I realized just how thought out this item was. We separated all the letters by colors facing the right way where she could clearly read them. Then one by one we go over them. Starting with "A" they have a picture of an apple and it shows the letter piece is red. So I say "A is for apple" and ask her which color "A" is. She tells me "red" and then looks to the red pile and finds it. This keeps her from getting overwhelmed and/or bored. It's absolutely perfect and well made. The pieces are durable and fit perfectly in the puzzle. The price point is great and you can't complain about getting such a fun, learning tool for $11. This kept my 3 year old busy for over an hour with me playing too. After I had to stop, she continued to play by herself for about 25 minutes which is a long time for one toy to keep her entertained. She has known the alphabet since she was 2 and she knows most letters, but this will continue to enhance what she knows and keep it fresh in her mind while making it fun! Needless to say, I am beyond impressed and did not expect this puzzle to have so many possibilities. We played 5 different "games" with this puzzle so there were different ways for her to use it and play with letters.

As shown in the picture there is are no any drawings on the board in place of the alphabets. You wouldn't find A for apple figure or B for bird figure under the alphabet space. Alphabets are small and width isn't as you imagine by seeing in the picture. I was excited to view the product but in total it made me only disappointing.
