Great brand! I have a hard time cooking this type
Hard to cook al-dente for me. I love orecchiette but to be clear, I am NOT a chef! I love the other pastas in this brand and always give them 5 stars, but I can’t quite cook this one right, it is either too hard or it’s … too hard and a little mushy. Again, I can’t say enough for this brand, it is my go to brand and have bought every type of pasta they make that I can find. I will just need to find another brand for my orecchiette…

Truly tasty
The pasta really tastes great. One needs to pay attention to the longer cooking time listed on the package, but it's worth the wait.

This orecchiete cooked for over HALF AN HOUR and still was not edible. I don't mean al dente, I mean it was like a rock.
