GLUN Weighing Scale Hook Type Digital Bolt Electronic Portable Fishing Hook Type Digital LED Screen Luggage Weighing Scale, 50 kg

Very useful product and good quality

Good product. Weighing accurately. Very useful for weighing luggages while traveling. Durable and all functioning button working well.

Good product

Very cheap quality flimsy. Battery sent is useless, you will have to use your own. Error margin is 150gm for upto 10 kg that I tested.

The received item is good, and the calculation is also accurate to a point where it is reliable.

Nice

**Review of Weighting Scale I recently purchased the Weighting Scale, and unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. I want to detail my experience in hopes that it will assist both potential buyers and the seller in addressing some critical issues with this product. **Initial Impressions:** Upon receiving the scale, I was initially impressed with its sleek design and functionality. It was easy to set up and seemed to offer a variety of features that promised accuracy and convenience. The digital display was clear, and the scale appeared to be well-constructed. **Usage Experience:** After a couple of uses, I began to notice some concerning issues. The first use went smoothly; it accurately measured weights and provided a quick readout. However, by the second use, I experienced significant discrepancies in the readings. I tried recalibrating the scale according to the instructions provided, but it didn't resolve the problem. **Breaking Down:** After only two uses, the scale completely stopped functioning. I attempted to replace the batteries, thinking that might solve the issue, but nothing worked. It’s frustrating to invest in a product that breaks down so quickly, especially when it was advertised as durable and reliable. **Customer Support Experience:** I reached out to customer support to discuss my concerns and request a refund. The response time was decent, but unfortunately, the resolution was not satisfactory. The representative suggested troubleshooting steps that I had already tried. When I asked about the possibility of a refund or replacement, I was told that the warranty only covered specific damages and that my case didn’t qualify. **Conclusion:** Overall, my experience with the Weighting Scale has been disappointing. The product did not live up to its promises of durability and accuracy. I would not recommend this scale to others, given the issues I faced. I am now left with a broken scale and a frustrating customer service experience. I hope the seller takes this feedback seriously and considers improving the product or the support process. For those considering this scale, I suggest looking into other brands that may offer better reliability and customer service. **Request for Action:** I kindly request a refund for the product due to its inadequate performance and the overall inconvenience caused. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Nice product, thanks

Hard to grip and the hook isn't deep enough for large suitcases. The handle needs to be wider.
