My goal with these was to avoid having to cut out EVA for Halloween costumes by hand. I'm still dialing it in but saw ok results by running them at 20K rpm and 65ipm through some 6mm EVA (and .75mm of MDF sac-board). They leave a cleanish left edge and a ragged right edge. Looks like there was still some wobble on the edge, so I'll probably slow it down a bit the next time I use them.

good blade for PVC 1" and 1/2" , do not forced with speed , from 100 to 10 speed put it in 30 will works nice , otherwise get broken , I am trying with plexiglass i hope works

I used these bits to engrave designs into acrylic. They worked perfectly.

Well almost every time I order these I get a different bit .. I gave a 3 because sometimes they send bits that are really good to throw in a dustbin and others really good for cutting ACP

About an hour into a carve this bit just starts ribboning and doesn't remove cut material so it has to be cleaned out over and over again. Tried a second cut with a new bit and the same thing happened. I was cutting 1/2 poplar on the x-carve. The pieces I cut had to be cleaned up with a chisel and sanded a lot to be smooth.

Bought these in 2019 and they were great... i mostly cut expanded pvc board with my cnc and these cut like a hot knife through butter.... fast forward to my recent order. Bought the same bits as i was so happy with them before but now they cut terrible.... its almost like the are dull and forcing their way through the cut. I would not recommend these be purchased anymore as they are apparently not reliable.

Je m'attendais pas a des fraises extraordinaires, mais a ce point mauvaise, non ! Avec mes paramètre habituel, et une micro lubrification, ces fraises génèrent tellement de chaleur que l'alu fond! diminuer la vitesse de rotation, augmenter la vitesse de coupe, doubler la micro lubrification, rien n'y a fait! lorsque l'on regarde la fraise aprés seulement un alésage de 12mm sur 6 de profond, on voit que le revêtement bleu est parti (soi disant du carbure de tungstene..arf). Bref je me suis laissé abusé par les commentaire s (comment est ce possible?) J'ai d'autre fraise chinoise qui ne sont pas si mauvaise! 25 balles jetées par la fenêtre. N'achetez pas, vous êtes prévenue (j'espère que leur cnc n'est pas aussi mauvaise..)
