The battery made it through a full concert and never seemed to dip!! We are thrilled with the quality of this device. It is very easy to set up, just turn it on and watch for a solid pairing light from both transmitter and receiver. It also has a phone jack on the side of the receiver which makes it easy to double check the link before plugging it into a sound board. The audio quality is very good without any noticeable delays, although by listening closely with headphones I did notice a very slight background noise. In the final recording this background noise never came through, so we are very happy with the results. It has very good range, with at least 50' of working distance including obstructions, and can easily go further without obstructions. My only wish is that it had at least 150' including obstructions to match the distance of our Shure wireless mics. Otherwise, we are thrilled with this product.

Out of the box, easy to use. Sound quality good, battery life (when shut off between sets) lasts all night and then some. Very pleased with the quality overall for the price.

I loved when they came. I used them 3 times and when I went to charge them, one would not take a charge. It is passed the window of returns. I do not recommend this product at all.

In 2019 I bought the set of Getaria WS-20 transmitter and receiver.Recently they stopped holding a charge as long and now the receiver will not even light up.Can these be repaired?Can the batteries be replaced?Btw…I really like the product.

I use these for all of my live shows. The range is decent and the battery life gets me through a 3 hour set no problem as long as I've fully charged them prior to the show. There have been a couple times it's frizzed out in the middle of a show and I've had to turn them back on and off again but overall not bad. There doesn't seem to be any noticeable degradation in sound quality nor a delay.

The star ratings are based on how I’ve used the system since I got it (shipped very fast and packed well, btw). Using at home it’s easy to set up (though if I power it up before plugging into the amp, it gets no sound. Turning it on after it’s plugged makes a slight pop, but after that all’s good). The sound is fine. The range seems to be good - I walked into another room and it transmitted through the wall. The question is battery life. I haven’t played a 3+ hour gig with it yet, but I did a 2 hour one and the battery indicator never dipped between 4/5 full so I’m hopeful. I have also played it at home quite a bit, but never for over 3 hours at a sitting. I have a less expensive Getaria system that seems to go about 2 hours before the charge dies. This one seems to have a much longer charge life. I haven’t used the included cord. It’s a nice looking system, too. So far, so good.

This product worked fine and sounded good, but my first one stopped working out of nowhere after 2 weeks. I exchanged it for another one and the second one lasted for 1 month before it also suddenly stopped working. Both times, the transmitter unit stopped working. It worked fine, but suddenly it wouldn't turn on and wouldn't charge. Spend a little more money and get a higher quality wireless system.

wouldn't recharge , lasted a couple of weeks , am disappointed . seller refunded no problem though , so good honest company
