Incredible story backed by thorough research

As a performance coach, I've been aware of bits and pieces of this...but never did I expect to be lucky enough to find the whole story! If you are interested in what makes a human performance exceptional or all of the techniques that people use to attempt the exceptional, this book is for you. I will be reading the references and following the sources for a LONG time to come! Bravo!

Found this one a bit repetitive, hard work to get in to and just a fantasy recollection of a drug-fuelled hazy college time for the author. Didn’t find any value in reading it at all. Forgettable.
