Not real Bean Flour
Horrible. This flour is NOT all bean flour. I’ve cooked moi moi for over 40 years, and have never encountered anything like this. This is 30%.bean flour and something else. Shame on this manufacturer who thinks people will be the none wiser. Terrible product, not for discerning cooks. Trust me, it’s NOT real bean flour.

Decent flour, horrible instructions
DO NOT follow the instructions on the back. The measurements were messed up. Water to flour ratio was definitely not tested by the manufacturer. I trusted the instructions assuming the mixture would swell when soaked for the recommended amount of time but it was way too much. Use 1/3 to 1/2 the amount of water recommended. Add as needed. Wasted the whole bag of flour because i had to add more to balance out the water. To the manufacturer, Please fix, test and use the correct units of measurements for cups/oz
