Great compact stripper!
After a few days use I must say that I like it. I work in the cable business and put it to a few test. Works great. Good, clean fast cuts, and compact enough for pocket carry or a screwdriver slot in a typical tool pouch. Has a little diagram on the side to show you which way to insert the cable and which size. Other brands that I have used requires you to use two seperate strippers, one for 59/6 and one for 7/11, this one has it all in one tool that you just flip over. Only real down side to this thing is blades are not replaceable, but it's not severe enough to lose a star because of that, it's affordable enough to just buy another when this one wears out.

Best cable stripper hands down ๐ฅ
Iโll became a technician about nine years ago and this was my first cable stripper I used and I absolutely love it. Iโve tried numerous different cable strippers over the years. This is by far my favorite one definitely recommend for cutting RG 59 RG 6 and RG 11.

small and tiny, but does its job!!
im a field tech with comcast, and this little guy is awesome. i got a small tool pouch i clip onto my belt, and needed/wanted a smaller cable prep tool to put in it, something that is able to fit in small spaces and able to prep the ends of those short cables that barely come out of the wall. and i reallly love that it has RG6 on one side and RG11 on the other. and especially love that there arent stoppers for the cable either. it helps when doing a wallfish to be able to expose a lot of center conductor so it can get hooked on my drill or a weight. the RG11 side is great because i prep extra length, then use the measuring side on the compression tool to measure out the longest allowed length for the center conductor on RG11, that way the customer will never have issues with intermittent service. i love that the blades are spring loaded, really helps with the tough outer jackets.

LONG REVIEW BUT WORTH READING
Best strippers out there imo and this is coming from a cable technician. If you are stripping old store bought RG59 then sometimes you may have to get a knife but let's face it if you're buying old pre packaged RG59 a tech will be out sooner or later to replace it anyway and you get charged so dont waste your money on RG59 buy RG6 and make sure its cut from a reel not pre packaged. Believe it or not quality of coax cable makes a difference don't buy quad shield though it's a pain to put fittings on and its pointless. If a tech replaced a cable in your house before it's because it was low quality, corroded or damaged from water getting in it both caused by improperly securing breaks. When running cable it's not like electric or phone cables. All coax cables should all be home ran to a central location (NOT daisy chained) and one line coming from the central location going outside near electric if it's a new house two lines ran outside if you want cable and satellite so we can use one for cable and the other one would be used for satellite to hook our services up and feed it to the other lines in the house. Never put any breaks like splitters or f81 connectors in a crawlspace. These strippers take some getting use to at first. Make sure you have the writing facing you and the cable goes in on the left side wheres it's barely sticking out of the other end and make sure you're using the correct hole for the cable size. Contrary to what some people might tell you the stinger should barely stick out of the top of the fitting, it should NOT be long. Make sure ALL the braiding is pushed down and it's not wrapped around the stinger, and the white of the cable (dielectric) is push all the way up to where its flush with the hole of the fitting (not sucked out). Use PPC RG6 coax compression fittings and if they are going to be in the weather you might want to get the ones with the weather seal built on them. Make sure fittings are tightened, just turn fitting until it won't turn anymore then slightly snug it on with a 7/16 wrench, buy a compression tool https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01K9B0BQMref=cm_sw_r_em_apa_i_woEwFb0ZKV5WF and some side cutters and you're set.. please share these review with everyone you know, not for the strippers but for the knowledge of everything in this review. The more people that know the better.

Works Great Mostly for rg6
If you deal with a lot of rg6, especially in tight corners where you canโt get enough slack this is your best friend. It is easy, small, convenient and works really well. However, the rg11 side is pretty much useless and it is hit or miss with 59.

If your a cable or satellite installer, stop looking and buy this!
Great tool, tried it on RG 6, 11, and 59 coax wire. Its is so much faster stripping rg6 than the standard company issued stripper. I added a piece of Velcro (bristled side) down the side to easily push the prepped braids back. Having a stripper than can do both rg6 and 11 is a blessing in disguise. It takes less rotations to get a clean strip and the springs in it are super strong so as long as the blades (non replaceable) hold up, it will be a great addition to my cable prep tool pouch. And since the blades are not replaceable, $11 is a small price to pay. I am sure to buy this again if I have something happen to the one I have.

Wow! I love this thing
I had bought another tool on Amazon which was absolute junk but this tool is amazing. I cut the cable line in the backyard by accident. I went to install RG6 connectors on it and they wouldn't fit. I didn't realize that it was an RG11 cable. So I looked at all the local stores and none of them carried RG11 connectors. So I looked on Amazon and found them. This was a recommended item when I was purchasing the RG11 connectors. I'm so glad I purchased this because it made cutting the cable line easy and simple. The RG11 has a gel coating around the metal lining. So I after cutting it using this cutter, I used a box cutter to slowly peel back the metal lining without having to get the sticky gel all over my hands. Then, I attached the connectors and voila! This tool is great because it is so simple to use. I absolutely loved it.

No good for RG11
It works well for RG6 but it only strips the end of RG11. Don't waste your money if that's what you plan on using it for.
