Does it make a perfect sphere?

The balls are almost a perfect sphere. The opening portion of the mold will cure flat. But it’s only a very small portion of the sphere.

how do you put the two sides together without spilling the unset resin?

This mold is not two-sided. Just pour the resin in to the top. You might have to file the top down a little bit but I find that a bead cap covers the seam without having to file and polish. I love these molds. They last quite a while.

Is there anyway possible for me to make this into a necklace charm

Yes, just make sure you have a pen drill so you can use a screw hoop to connect it to the jump ring for your necklace.

Does this have a hole to string them together

No the finished product does not have a hole. You can drill a small hole on either end and glue or resin a small eye pin with a o-ring to string together. That would be pretty.
