Is this considered an elemental diet?

Yes, Absorb Plus is completely elemental with pre-digested nutrients that are rapidly absorbed into the bloodstream (within 20 minutes) to give your gastrointestinal system a rest, and supplies your nutritional needs at the same time.

What is the expiration date for the product?

One has expiration date 8/21, the other just has manufacturing date, which I now know you add two years. Only downside is once you open it you need to use it within 30 days.

Can this be heated up, or only allowed cold or room temp?

We advise against mixing the shake with hot water as it will denature the ingredients –only cold or room temperature water.

Every time that I take Absorb Plus my teeth become very sensitive, have someone else experienced that?

Is it just Absorb Plus you're finding you're having sensitivity with or is it with drinks in general? If you are drinking your shakes cold, you may want to try room temperature spring or filtered water and see if you have the same sensitivity. Let us know!
