Italian Coffee capsules compatible with RIVO® machines (Cremoso, 200)

This is delicious espresso. The flavor is a bit strong (Arabica), but I am able to run a pod through my Rivo machine twice IF I want the espresso a little watered down like coffee. A nice crema forms on top. The espresso in these pods comes out about as good as my electric espresso maker or a stove top (Moka pot) espresso maker. For the ease of use and time reduced when using the Rivo machine with these pods, they are worth it!

Before these capsules came on my radar screen, I was ready to retire my Rivo system. I was tired of the Lavazza pods being constantly out of stock on the Keurig website and offered for inflated prices on ebay and Amazon, especially since the espresso they deliver is only mediocre in quality. I found these when I was making an unsuccessful last-ditch effort to find a bargain on some Lavazza pods. After reading the very positive reviews and seeing the enticing price on this alternative, I decided to give them a try. Wow, am I glad I did! I bought the bundle of 100 pods with 50 of each variety. Both are way better than the Lavazza pods: noticeably richer flavor and much better crema. The only issue with these is that they're both so good I can't decide on a favorite, lol. I like them so much, in fact, that instead of retiring my Rivo system, I took a leap of faith and bought a second Rivo System here on Amazon for work (and to be a backup when and if my home machine bites the dust - I don't think these machines were built with longevity in mind). I only hope that this company continues to make these pods for a long time, now that Keurig has discontinued its Rivo system. At any rate, for the $99 I paid for my backup, I figure it's worth taking the chance. I consider myself to be something of an espresso snob (I also have a Rancilio Silvia that I use on weekends when I can afford 20 minutes to make my morning lattes), and I have to say that with THESE capsules, the Rivo produces a truly decent quick-fix espresso (especially if it's being used for an espresso drink like a latte or cappuccino) for a bargain price. Here's hoping this excellent alternative to Lavazza pods will be available for years to come!

I have a Rivo coffee machine and it’s hard finding pods,the few I tried were so weak but these are good and strong flavored,I order these all the time I really love ❤️ these coffee pods

this is not the same product that arrived before the coffee gets disbursed within my machine and clogged the dispenser where the lavazza brand is do not do that. I will not be ordering this again.

I finally found the solution to my keurig rivo curse. Loved the machine in the beginning. Hated the fact that it sat on my counter for years, like a big expensive brick. unused, collecting dust. The lavazza pods were a total PITA to get a hold of, And they were more expensive than they were worth anyway. I stumbled on these pods when trying to google how to jury rig a hack so I could use the machine again. When I ordered, I was skeptical but figured, why not? Lo and behold- a frikkin miracle!!! And the cost is so much better, considering the lavazza pods and the rivo are discontinued altogether. Here’s the rundown: -They work just the same, some are a little bit more puffed and inconsistent but the easy soultuon is just a gentle press when you put it in the machine, making sure the little pins “grab” it before closing the lid -the flavors of these are actually better than the lavazza, in my opinion. Cheaper by the cup AND tastes better? I’ll take it! :). I see reviews mentioning that one color is weaker/stronger than another. Not sure I agree there if that’s referencing caffiene content, I could be wrong. I haven’t researched caffeine content of the different types of coffeebeans. I think it’s more that the acidity level is the factor here. I would say in order of acidity, Highest to lowest I would rate it as follows Gold - highest acidity but moderate overall, still has a nice finish. Red- mildly acidic, a little smoother finish than gold Black- lowest acidity if any at all. Velvety smooth finish, probably my favorite. I took a chance ordering such a big box, but I wanted to try all three to compare and I also didn’t want to chance never being able to find any if we should run out. If it all works out for us, we will definitely be ordering more.

Delicious Italian coffee! These capsules work perfectly in my RIVO machine and the Arabica flavor is rich and smooth. Great alternative to original RIVO capsules! Same quality, better price. Love the convenience of these capsules! Easy to use and the coffee is always consistent. Perfect for coffee lovers! These capsules offer a great balance of flavor and aroma. High-quality coffee at a reasonable price. Definitely recommend!
