I bought these resistance bands to help me get more strength in my legs. I am a long distance runner and I also have recently got back into mountain climbing. I’m enjoying those things but in the days after my legs hurt so much. Not because of tiredness but because they are not strong enough.The bands were delivered through Amazon Prime so I got them the next day and I’m seriously impressed with them. I’ve bought resistance bands before made of rubber but these are different. They feel more like a fabric material and they are so strong. You get three in the pack and they are varying sizes. Obviously the smaller the size the more you have to work. As I say they are a great quality I’ve been using them for squats at the moment. So basically I put them either round my ankles and pull apart or around my thighs. Then you really feel them work.Another impressive thing about these bands is they come with a small pamphlet book which gives you varying exercises to do with the bands but also includes a few meal plan ideas. This is good because the key to being fit is realising that it’s just as important to eat correctly as it is to do the actual exercise.This all comes in a nice travel pack so you can carry them wherever you go. They have helped me already and I’ll only get stronger the more I use them. For quality, price and look I give them too marks and as I said the booklet is a great bonus. I need to gain strength all around, so these help lower body strength building.First, the material is lightweight not like other rubber ones, these also allow the material to breathe whilst in use. This helps at the gym and they don't smell after a good work out either on your own or whilst doing a class.There are three sizes each in different colors, which helps when you start up in the training programs at the gym.when my partner used them she was especially happy with the resistance of the bands and the colors was very pleasing. They came with a small black bag which you close shut via the pull cords. This item came with slider plates which I can actually say help with cardio training and toning for your legs all around and your stomach.These 4 items will help me gain the strength in my lower body and help with my weight loss, after seeing many people recommend them at the local gym which I attend. And it came with an exercise chart and a meal advisory hand out, so on that note, this is brilliant. Many people at the gym were amazed by the quality and the price of the bands and the slider plates combined.

I have bought resistance bands before which are made of thin vinyl/rubber material and have found that over time they have stretched that's why I choose these. The material is woven elastic and feels very well made. The bands do not roll when used and are comfortable to use. I have never used the core sliders so it was really good that these were included. There is also a little booklet with workout tips. The. bands are coloured according to the strength of the band - pink easy, purple medium and blue heavy resistance. A handy drawstring bag is included to keep everything in.very pleased with my purchase

Bought these for my girlfriend. She has been using natural latex resistance bands but was complaining they rub into the skin and don’t stay in place. She is thrilled with her new Weluvfit residence bands. They are much better compared to latex ones. First of all they are wider and very easy to use and stay in place perfectly. Ideal for people who have no time to go to the gym as you can do full body workout with these. Good value for money.

These are the best excercises bands I’ve ever had. I like the different sizes and the lovely colours. The slide plates are great for an ab work out. I think I’m obsessed with booty bands as I have loads but I must say these are the best ones and the bands have a non slip material which is great!

These are awesome! I put them on and did some of the exercises in the booklet that came with the bands and you can definitely feel the resistance! Best part of it all is they don’t go anywhere, they stay put so I can really focus on the workout and not the rolling!

Love these resistance bands which come in 3 different lovely colours! The quality is great as it's firm and really create a good resistance while I was using it to do squad! Some people do think that rubber-ish resistance bands is better but I just prefer the fabric bands! It even come with a handy handbook which provide the exercise guide. I've just recommended this to my friend and she is planning to get one too! HIghly recommended!
