Wifey is allergic to Pollen and hoping that this will help tremendously. The Filter holder has a ridge that fits in the filter folds to help hold it down properly. I didn't have the tools to modify the holder - so I modified that the filter and made a slit when the holder slot/ridge would sit correctly. Making a slit on one side seemed to be enough. This filter was much better quality - it was thicker on the sides and seemed to hold it's shape better. The filter materials seems to be much thicker than the plain paper one. Hoping this will trap all the allergens/pollen for the wife. Also to note - the old filter wasn't sitting quite as tight as it should and you could see on the edges where there was a gap. Live and learn.

For 57 years I've worked on all my cars but let's face it. Modern cars are not easy on a Shadetree mechanic. I've got a 2016 Prius and with all the high-tech hybrid electrical stuff on it, my wrenches stay in the tool chest. The only things I change regularly are the car motor air filter and the cabin air filter because replacement is so easy. I had the stock Toyota cabin air filter (expensive) and bought some knock off "carbon filter" ones on Amazon that absolutely stunk. This Fram cabin air is by the far the best. It's reasonably priced and works well. Being imbued with baking soda helps, I guess. Well, it doesn't hurt, and the cabin air does smell good all of the time. I strongly recommend this cabin air filter. Do it yourself and save a few bucks with this good quality filter.

This filter appears to be of good quality, therefore 5 stars, but it does not fit "2022 Mazda CX-9". It is too short. See picture with new filter on top and old on bottom.

Review for 2024 Toyota Highlander. Product fit is okay. Width is fine and the foam borders on either side seal up well against the tray holder. Length is just a tad short, maybe 1/8" overall. 1-star deduction because the edges of the filter are rigid, which is fine to support shape, but it does not take into consideration the raised cross bracket on the tray. Because of this, the user has to cut with scissors or a knife notches into each side of the filter element for the element to sit correctly in the tray. Not a big deal, but you'd think a mfg like Fram would have thought of this detail.

The only brand that I used on all my vehicles

I reordered this because the one I had before was very good quality. I don’t know what Fram changed, but this one was terribly made: it was too narrow to fit the frame; there was leftover glue in several places, including between one end and a pleat so that the filter was too short to fit the frame; there was no arrow on the side indicating the direction of airflow; and the plastic fin on the crosspiece of the frame couldn’t fit into a pleat because the filter was too narrow. I returned it and ordered a different brand - this deserved to be considered defective. I would’ve given it zero stars had that been an option.

Figment is great. Filters and freshens the air circulating through the cabin. Pay attention to the air flow direction indicator and that the filter is seated in the carrier.

Did it’s job

Super easy to install in just a few minutes. Immediately noticed cleaner airflow and reduced dust and odors inside the car. Fits perfectly and feels like good quality. Great value compared to dealer prices.

Perfect fit for 2023 RAV4

Filter had to adjusted to fit in the Toyota Rav 4 Cabin Air Filter basket. There is a guide in the basket that is wider than the filter.. Also the Filter does not have a flow direction arrow. I installed the darker Filter side down in the Filter basket. Still, a cheaper Filter and install, than the dealer price.
