I was in a hurry to find something for an afternoon outside wedding party. I bought these in my size hoping they would fit when they arrived. They fit true to everything. They said they would be from the waist to the length and the quality of the linen is everything I thought it would be.!!

I got these yesterday for a trip this month to Mexico for the nicer restaurants. Much nicer than the last ones I bought that were so thin you could see the pockets through them and even underwear if wearing them. Seems to be good quality, we'll see how they hold up. They are still light weight enough for tropical environments just not so light they are see through. Great fit around the waist, hips, and thighs. The only reason I only gave them 4 stars is I have to have them hemmed. I am 5'9", 170 lbs and typically wear a size 32Wx32L. I do sometimes wish I could find 31L. These were way too long. I probably have to have 4" cut off them to not drag on the ground under flip flops or boat shoes. Still I would buy again cause every pair I have ever bought of these type of pants are too long. I don't know why they do that, these pants are specifically designed to wear in warm/ tropical situations with low profile shoes.

I have always been skeptical when ordering clothes on line.I was looking for a summer weight (linen) casual pair of slacks and came across several marketplace sellers.I decided to go with one pr. from each of the better names (knowing that the manufacturing was outside of U.S). OF the two pair the PERRY ELLIS pant was far superior in fit ,style and material.Linen is a great look for summer casual .These slacks will be worn for my summer touring and casual dining . They are advertised as beach pants but they are much more. I dont think I would throw this on to cover a dried out pair of swim suit. Rather wear them to the bar at poolside or a restaurant by the ocean. This pair is tied in front with a draw string but also has belt loops (which some may prefer) which I would not attempt to use as it takes away from casual look. I went with the natural (straw) color so I could have more if a selection of tops. I am right about that knowing whats in my closet...... My only concern with any linen or cotton clothing is " what will happen when cleaned (shrinkage). All linen and pure cotton clothing is advisable to hand wash in cool water , hang dry and iron at cool setting. I have not had the opportunity as of this evaluation to clean this garment. But I will follow the directions and hope for the best. Please note that I am on the thin side and feel these slacks are almost a perfect fit for a summer slacks which follow my contour and are not tight but feel very comfortable. If I find that after a cleaning a size change such as shrinkage or thread wear occurs I will add this to my evaluation.I know I will enjoy this pair up to and hopefully after it's first cleaning.

I love these pants! When you slip them on with a partially unbuttoned shirt you feel like Matthew McConaughey... They are a little see-through but light colored boxers does the trick. I wish the pockets weren't sewn into the legs cause then you could sew in a liner. The fact is, I love wearing them so much I just don't care about this minor flaw. They do run a little big but the drawstring helps correct that. The legs are long for a guy 5' 10" as they come in one length - 32" but are cut more like 34" Did I say I love these pants anyway? Nothing better than a warm summer night at the lake around the fire with my favorite pants!

So good as per usual! My husband is 30x30 and these only come in 30x32 I think but they fit PERFECTLY. Tip: get skin colored underwear! They are a bit see through. But they look amazing, not too thin and not too thick. They are also fitted but not loose. Very flattering. The material feels great and feels durable but not cheap.

Bought these pants for a trip to Mexico. The Pros: extremely comfortable, nice enough to wear to a fancy restaurant and keeps you cool in the heat. The Cons: Might just be the ones I received but the left leg was a good inch longer and had to be hemmed. Also, a bit see-through, but that is somewhat expected with linen pants. Overall, for the price, I would not buy again.

Best linen pants I’ve found. Fit perfect. Supper comfortable don’t stink in wash and fit well. I’m 6’3 and where 36w 34 inseam. These fit perfect in xl.

I use these to match a linen jacket brought from elsewhere, and the good thing is that the natural linen look and colour do match pretty well between the two. The pants have belt loops as well as the draw string, and I use a belt when I'm wearing the jacket with the pants, I hide away the draw strings inside the pants becasue that more formal look works (for me anyway) with the jacket, but I use the draw string sometimes when I wear them alone. Good to have those options.
