Bought this post lipo. Based on measurements, bought a Small, which was much too large and provided no compression even on tightest setting. Of course, can’t return once its been tried on so that was $147 wasted. Ordered XXS and it provides sufficient compression on middle hooks, but within a week when the swelling has started to go down, it will also be too large. The material is stretchy which makes it more comfortable but also means it doesn’t provide much compression unless its very tight. The material is also very smooth which means its easy on the skin, especially where there is swelling. However, the straps hit right at the crease of my armpit and rub/chafe. I had to unhook them after a couple hours because I had red blisters where the hook rubs. It seems like the straps are set very wide compared to normal placement of bra straps and as a result, they are very uncomfortable. Overall, I don’t think this is very well designed for post surgery.

I like the material but the straps are uncomfortable because of the plastic clip. They dug into me. The leg area was too tight and bottom front area was uncomfortable because of the front clips.

Update : So I tried on this faja and all the reviews said it ran big . Well I got too small of a size. This brand is great for post recovery my surgeon only recommends this brand but this one just didn’t work for me

I like the material and the fit. It gives support to the body especially when u r so bruised and tender after lipo... i had my surgery 3 weeks ago and i used the garments size M,S, xs and now i just received my xxs. The only thing i really dont like abt this product is the straps and the adjusting plastic piece it is too tight and hurts my shoulder, same with the edges of the fabric below the breasts i had to add a foam pad to avoid the pain. Otherwise it gives really good pressure to shape the areas.

Me llego usada! Asquerosa y sucia, completamente rota, lo peor es q olía a sucio! No puedo creer q no chequen los productos antes de enviarlos era un asco!
