My Cypriot buddy turned me onto this. At first I thought it was a bit pricey but when unpacking it, noticed right away that it was built very sturdy. Cooked lamb kabobs on the first run and they cooked perfectly! All friends and family who saw it want one too now :) Only small complaints are that it didn’t come with a weatherproof cover and the unique shape makes it hard to find one online. There are also two independent motors with their own power sources but can’t be daisy-chained so two outlets are required to power each one. Also, there is no ash cleanup hatch underneath so clean-up is done the old fashioned way with a scooper. The large skewer handles were a bit difficult to pound into place with a mallet (make sure you have one). Oh and the legs are NOT damaged during shipping though they may appear that way. They were forged at an angle for better stability. All-in-all, none of the cons outweighed the pros. Can’t wait to try larger pieces on the 3 thicker skewers! They look like they can each hold an entire leg of lamb!!

Great grill higher quality then I expected the motors do a great job at keeping the meat cooked on all sides. The only complaint I would have is it’s a little shorter than I would have liked. The shortness only gets in the way when setting up its no problem when cooking I might get a small table to place it on in the future. My Greek wife approves and said it’s the best souvlaki we’ve ever made.

I am very happily satisfied with my new grill. It has a strong gage construction and sturdy legs. Very excited to start grilling souvlaki, chicken and steak. The mechanism that turns the skewers is very well built. I love that I am able to adjust the height of the skewers. Best of all is the variable speed of the motor drive which allows you to adjust the speed so you can keep the meat juicy and not be dry.
