Martin/F. Weber Bob Ross 2-Inch Blender Brush, White

I just love these brushes. I try to always buy them in pairs, and use one brush for light colors and one for dark. It helps keep your colors cleaner with quicker clean up between color changes. They have been very durable for me over the years.

Don't get mislead by the bad reviews. They don't seem to understand that these handle like high quality brushes but at an affordable price point - Compare to Da Vinci Maestro or Escoda Clasico. Because these brushes are not your Micheals kind, these require upkeep and maintenance such as proper washing, drying and clamping of the bristles while not in use (to maintain shape). All in all, if you're looking to move up from the poor quality of the craft store brushes, then these brushes will not disappoint and not kill your wallet.

Suits my needs

I like this brush because it is soft and blends the paint well.

I love it for how smooth it blends my backgrounds, but I hate it for how badly it sheds bristles. I use it dry and it blends so creamy, like some nice Bailey's creamy beige.

This brush is INCREDIBLY soft! It works beautifully for smoothing things out, without moving the paint all over the canvas. I used it to smooth out the water on a scene I was painting with oils, and it was the perfect touch needed to turn my paint into more realistic reflections. I wouldn't use it on every part of my painting, but for certain techniques it is perfect. I would highly recommend it. I would also suggest getting a specialty brush cleaner and conditioner so that it stays nice!!

First time I pot it in water to rinse, all the paint around the handle cracked and fell off. The ferrel is very cheaply made with just a few little staples. Very disappointed in the quality especially with the Bob Ross name!

I love all the Bob Ross brushes, I ended up buying the whole set. They work great and are holding up well with use. I will buy them again when I wear out the ones I'm currently using!!! They are also a great value for the price!!!

Les artistes peintres entre nous le savent bien : les brosses de Bob Ross ont quelque chose spéciale. Elles sont plus faciles à utiliser. Mais comme toutes les brosses, ça use. La peinture sur la manche écaille avec le temps, sans trop tomber en miettes mais en échardes plutôt grands. Au début,une légère perte de poils, mais ce stade passé, plus de problèmes. J'utilise cette brosses de Bob Ross depuis 4 ans, maintenant il est temps de les changer...Je les recommande vivement.
