Diamond Elite Stained Glass Bandsaw

Worste eever instructions for setting up. Nothing is clear. I'm heading the website and then you tube. For the cost, the directions should be user friendly. They're black and white and don't even show WHERE on the saw things are - just close ups. So disappointed. Sent back - zero response for help via email or FB.

Great unit, works as described/designed. Have cut numerous tiles so far with zero issues......

This machine skipped one important element. The table work surface is not stable. It moves with any pressure on its surface. It might have less parts to replace than comparable tile ring saws but I would like a better work surface.

Have been using now a few days and it is awesome. Set up was a bit confusing to me. I would have liked a few more pictures for setting up the pump hose but finally got it. Wonderful cuts. Would like to see a different way to maintain a straight line for smaller pieces. Water splash is minimal to me. Am very happy with this purchase. Would have given it a 5-star if not for the few issues.

One of the blades broke after barely ten hours of use and they are stated to last for around 80. Replaced the blade with the second one that comes with the machine and no matter how much tweaking I do the bade is very wobbly and does not cut where I want it to. Many pieces of glass ruined.

I was very excited when I discovered this saw for doing my mosaic work but unfortunately to say its performance is disappointing would be generous. Although the cutting surface of the blade works fine, the guides for the blade are so inadequate that the blade flops around so that you can't make precision cuts, as a mater of fact it seems to have a mind of it's own where it wants to cut. I am going to keep it only because I have machining and fabrication skills and can make proper guides to make it work. I would not recommend this saw to others, a Taurus ring saw works much better for less money.

Not worth the money. Poor quality
