A Holiday Tradition
My mother loved these candies and she used to put them in a bell-shaped glass jar during Christmas. I have her bell-shaped glass jar and like to fill it each holiday with these candies, in remembrance of my mother. These candies are old-fashioned, something she remembered enjoying in her youth growing up in the 40s in South Georgia, and so I always feel closer to her in the holidays when these are on the buffet. These vanilla cream drops are so tasty, too, and everyone in our family enjoys them. They're a bit pricey but worth it to feel closer to my Mom. I Used to find them at K-mart and other stores but no longer. Amazon is the only place I can find them these days and I'm glad they're available.

All melted
I love this old fashioned candy, but do not order in the summer "my mistake " my delivery was all melted, you would've thought maybe an ice pack? Just saying. So if ordering, maybe in the cooler months. This is the reason for the "1" star. And with food items there is no return.

Watch quantity received!
Delicious as Zachary products are but seller advertised 3 - 8 oz. Packages. Only received 3 - 6.5 packages making the cost unworthy of the quantity received.
