The tablets are not dissolving, Is there an expiration date for them?

Do not put in the tablet before it is asked for. It will drop out before dissolving. It has no expiration date.

how often do you have to decalcify?

You definitely need to use 3 tablets each time you descale. If you want to set the machine to decalcify less, change the water hardness setting in the program

this tablets works for a Jura J5 machine???

I have and S7 but I believe these work for all Jura super automatics - the tablets are not model specific
