As far as I can tell this stuff actually works. I'm not a big drinker but occasionally have a vacation or night where we are having more and I generally have a terrible hangover. But after taking these on a vacation where I'm certain I would have had hangovers after being with my wife's family that drinks considerably more than I generally do I'm pretty confident it works.

I've been using Pretoxx for 15 years now but wanted to try DHM. These Welessentials don't have as much NAC in them as Pretoxx so I'm not sure if they helped as much for the actual hangover. For me, NAC totally gets rid of the hangover, no headache no nausea no fatigue. But using these with DHM I didn't notice much difference, however one thing I noticed was that I still had fatigue the next day after taking these. I think the reason is that Pretoxx has loads of Vitamin B12 which guarantees energy the next day. The Welessentials doesn't have any vitamins or prickly pear extract like Pretoxx so while Welessentials may help with headache and nausea you still end up feeling tired the next day.

After researching and trying many of the popular products on the market the key ingredients in those products consisted of DHM & NAC. It is more cost efficient to purchase this item which actually works with no bad aftertaste or heartburn. If taken correctly you can dramatically reduce the morning after "hanxiety" and the pounding in your head. This product gets 4 stars because it could contain more capsules in the bottle which is mostly cotton and they should offer larger quantity bottles as well. Based on their serving size recommendations you will go through these capsules very quickly.
