How big is the pill? I've yet to find a mag pill I can swallow :(

You can just break the pills in half if you have a hard time. I do this when going for 100, 300, 500, etc dosages.

Hello - It seems to be 200 mg per Tablet and the recommended dose on the bottle is two tablets per day (400 mg daily = 100% of recommended daily allowance). It doesn't say or give a lot of in depth information on ingredients. It says " Magnesium (as Magnesium Glycinate)" - but doesn't say how it is derived; and also says "Other Ingredients: Cellulose, Stearic Acid, Silica and Magnesium Stearate". Hope this helps you.

Are these enteric coated?

I believe that means is there a hard slick coating that makes it easier to swallow. If that is what enteric means, then Yes, it has an enteric coating.

Is this magnesium chelated?

I have heard that all magnesium glycinate is chelated.
