Excellenmt Training, Progress, and Nutrition Tracking Tool
It took me a couple of months to study workout workbooks and notebooks and find one that suits all my criteria, exercise, and nutrition needs. Of all the workout notebooks I have had before, this is the best. This note/workbook provides plenty of entries for various exercises and repetitions. I love the front suggestions for exercises for different target areas. It also contains an area where I can annotate my custom exercises. The nutrition area is also extremely comprehensive, and I can track what I eat, my measurements, and my progress. Even though this notebook/workbook is not hardcover, it is quite sturdy and can withstand travel back and forth. I also put it in my gym bag. I recommend this book to EVERYONE who wishes to keep an accurate and precise track of their training, nutrition, and progress.

Awesome Layout
This journal exceeded my expectations. So I'm one of those people who say, "Oh, I'll make a bullet journal to keep track of blah blah" and then I never do it. I save workouts to Pinterest and then don't write them down. I also have tried apps which are okay, but the reason I was drawn to this is 1) I enjoy having a handwritten account in front of my face and 2) it's a great size for my purse and gym bag. So I uploaded some pictures before I started filling it in too much. What I love - I love the size, the layout, the information, the fact that you can start with whatever month you want. It has fun before/after pages which is inspiring to me because when I dropped my first 90 pounds, I felt better and yes I got smaller but I didn't realize HOW different I looked until I saw an old picture of myself. So I feel that's a great tool. Especially if you haven't dropped weight on the scale, but you've gained muscle mass and lost inches. I love that I can take it to work because then it's in my face and I can't forget it like I do app logging. Tiny things that aren't "lose a star worthy", but are just personal preferences. As you can see in one of the pictures, I whited out "serving size" and wrote in "sugar" because that's information I need. Also, I will be whiting out "calories" and using "fiber" because this is also preferable information. But I just wanted to point out that if you WANT different information, it's an easy fix. So I definitely love this little thing and if I remember I'll update my enjoyment after a few months.

Very nice journal, could be great with a couple of minor improvements
I liked the size and style of this journal but there are a couple of things that bother me. First, I'd like a column to track fiber as well as the other macros. You could eliminate serving size and put it there -- I enter the serving size when I'm putting the item in. Second, I would love it if you would put the macros in order of how you'd find them on a package. Calories first, then fat, carbs, fiber and protein. As it is now, I enter these all in backwards and it's sort of annoying. Lastly, give me 1/4" more room between the last column and the spirals. Other than that, this is a very good journal. No issues with the spiral binding, it's not cheaply made, and there are plenty of things you can use to monitor your day. Oh, I guess one more thing would be a ribbon to use as a place holder? I added my own, but having one included would be nice. Thanks!

Good & comprehensive food journal
Very comprehensive journal & easy to use (now for me to get on the fitness bandwagon for real & use it regularly). Do recommend it for the basic journal needs.

If you think it'd help, buy it.
Seems like a normal quality journal but I think it'd be okay in a duffel bag or backpack. This is perfect for my needs right now during quarantine. Not being able to go to the gym and being at home make me want to be lazy and eat junk but I know it is not good for me to do that all day everyday. This journal keeps me accountable in other ways apps cant. I want my daily meals and workout to be side by side so I'm encouraged to log and workout. Also, I like the starting measurement page because this book is going to be a fun challenge for me.

Everything
Exactly what I had in mind. I've been a competitive bodybuilder so am used to tracking everything. Was looking for a new book that combined both workouts and nutrition, as proper nutrition is even more important than the individual exercises. There is space for measurements and photos and goals as you need to know where you were and where you want to go. You need to track your progress so you know if you're on the right track or need to adjust. There are a couple of nutrition guide pages showing calories, protein, fats, carbs of common foods. Will need to read labels and figure out your own on the pages that track daily intake. The exercise tracking is great with ample room. There are 15 lines for 'exercise' and 6 columns for sets and reps of each. I estimate (wish they had numbered pages) there are enough pages to track about 24 weeks. There are even skeletal muscle diagrams that show suggested exercises for each muscle group should you need some help there. The pages are heavy stock with strong binding to withstand being thrown into your gym bag and getting sweat on it. There is so much detail ... how you are feeling, sleep, how your workout went. And for this price, this book is a 'must have'. I'm getting no perks for this review but just feel so passionate about people taking control of their own health and well being that I have to say something when I come across something that will be of such help. Get this and use it!!! Edit: After using this journal for 12 weeks I love it. Am about to order another for when this one is filled up and Iโm ready to start my next cycle.
