I had these speakers for four months before I was even able to install them. The installation was easy, and they sound great! The Bluetooth is the best feature. I can leave my music player in my pocket and ride with the controls at the tip of my thumb. At least I could for the first few months. Then the Bluetooth stopped working for some reason. But that's where the story gets really good. Rockville's service after the sale is awesome! At first, they offered to replace the entire system. I told them it wasn't a physical problem but in the electronics of the controller. They had me make a short video to demonstrate the issue I was having. Bluetooth would connect, but there was no music and no controls. Once they reviewed the video, I was informed that they'll send me a new controller, free of charge, and I didn't even need to send to old one back, because it's no longer working completely anyway. Their sales rep took a personal approach to resolving this issue, and offered up a quick & simple solution. Problem solved & I have my music back! A top tier business.

I ordered this item in 2020 when i ordered my moped I paid music place to install. The speakers went out January 2023 I am not sure if the drizzle from rain coming home from work made them go out and not sure if they are waterproof or not ☹️☹️☹️☹️

So I bought this for my 86 Goldwing since the factory stereo isn't quite loud enough to hear. Took about 2 weeks to get it and I was so excited to actually get it and get it installed. After about 4 hours of trying to run the mile of wires that it comes with I finally got it installed... It sounded great a little crackling at max volume but still VERY loud. Took it down the road (about 4 miles roundtrip) about 80 mph and it was still loud. I got to ride about a week after that (about 6 miles roundtrip and about 30 mins of play time during that small ride) and it worked great. Didn't have a single issue with it and loved it. Altogether it has been ridden about 10 miles and about 45 mins max since I got it installed. I went to check my levels on oil and gas on it this evening because I am going to ride it in the morning and I went out to the bike and the system had turned itself on mysteriously. The controls were lit up and I pushed the power button to switch inputs to see if it was still working and it switched over to Aux Mode. I shut the thing off and tried to start the bike and it had killed my new battery. I put the charger on the bike and finally got it started up and went to turn the radio on and NOTHING... I checked to make sure the fuses hadn't blown which they had not. I dug down and unplugged the connections and plugged them all back up and still nothing. I have requested a refund I guess we'll see how that turns out VERY DISAPPOINTED

Loud enough to hear and easy to install

I would give it five stars for the sound alone. At 60 mph I can still hear my music. However, it lost two stars because the USB port is not strong enough to run modern electronics. It put my phone in slow charging, 16 hours to full charge. I tried to plug my touchscreen into it, that just flickered because it wasn't enough power to run it. And it's a whole mess of cables and wires and frustration. My phone doesn't even have an auxiliary port on it so no plugging in headphones or any other type of jacks. And the brackets that hold the speakers on the handlebars are weak. They bend out of shape very easily. If you're looking for a good set of Bluetooth speakers these will definitely do the trick, just be aware of their faults. I hate to leave it all at negative comments though. I set the whole thing up in about 20 minutes the first day. Decide I wanted it set up different a week later and that took about 25 minutes to change. So it's very easy. I've already decided that I want to add a fuse box under the seat of my bike to run all my additional electronics so I'm going to set it up a third time it's so easy. The reason I'm adding the fuse box is because it does negatively affect my battery life but that's okay it has a quick connect break in the line so I've been using that. The fuse box will let me hook it up to the accessories switch on the ignition. With some adjustments to the equalizer on my phone, I've got great sound coming out of it. Now that I have it hooked up to a touchscreen with Android Auto I've used the touch screens equalizer, it still has great sound. The look is awesome. I don't have a fairing or windshield or anything on my bike so these just stick up from my handlebars but I think they look great. And the size is good. So overall, I would recommend these. Just understand that you're not going to use that USB port for anything modern.

Works awesome, I have it on my Suzuki boulevard m109r can handle over highway speeds. Took a little bit to figure out how to run the wires to the battery . Other then that works awesome I love it

Installed and works perfect took about 20 mins to install.. works great and Bluetooth no issues.. better the the Harley speakers I replaced..

The install was pretty straight forward. Sound quality was adequate Let's face it...these are going on a mtorocycle. Controls worked well until I was caught in a light rain fall. After that none of the buttons worked as they should. Returning the product was as easy as anything else sold through Amazon.
