Nearly Natural Nasturtium Silk Hanging Basket

I ordered a plain ivy hanging basket by this same manufacturer last week (same price) and I was disappointed because it was a bit thin. It needed way more leaves and filler. I took a chance and ordered this one, hoping that it would be better. It definitely is! You have to work with it and reshape/bend the leaves, as it comes crammed in a skinny box. Once you get it the way you want it appearance wise, it is ready to hang. Took me about 10 min. They were generous with the flowers and leaves on this one and it is such a nice, bright, and colorful addition to my little home office area. It also hangs directly above a mandala tapestry with some nice orange tones in it, so they compliment each other well. My ONLY complaint about this item is that it smells funky. Almost fishy. WHY?? I had to spray it with Febreze a few times to try to get the smell out of it. Hoping that will fade over time between the Febreze and the ceiling fan. Other than that, it is a beautiful hanging basket. The flowers look real and overall worth the price. I am rather picky when it comes to silk florals or plants because they are not cheap and should be full! I can definitely recommend this one.

I couldn't wait to hang this pretty and realistic arrangement on my balcony. Then, I sprayed it liberally with wasp and hornet spray; they flew right up to it and then they zoomed away! (I've been battling a wasp/hornet migration all summer and I'm highly allergic.) Plastic, silk, or real, they're attracted to the flower colors. I put this up yesterday, soaked it with pesticide, and when it dried, drenched it again. The colors didn't run or fade, so I'm sure they won't wash away with the rain. Of course, the sun will eventually fade them, as it will bleach anything, over time. However, I bought this in the yellow, because red items fade first (for example, red, pink, orange - which is red & yellow or purple - which is red and blue). This is a substantial silk arrangement, lightweight but with a nice, full look.

These add such charm to any front porch! They look real from afar but I feel the orange color is a bit unnatural. The baskets are wooden and the string they hang from is a twine. They seem sturdy but may not be heavy enough to withstand large wind storms. I guess I’ll find out how they hold up.

After having many hanging plants wilt/die on the front porch in the heat of the summer when we were away for a weekend - I decided to look for a realistic looking artificial hanging plant. I saw this plant on Amazon with good reviews and it wasn't too expensive. Plus I was looking for complementary colors for the cream colored siding on the house. Upon opening the package I am very pleased. This plant is perfect! The flowers are yellow/orange - it is lush and full - and the leaves look real. Will be less mess and bother of watering and sweeping and will keep the porch area clean but still looking good.

REPLACEMENT: exact plant....the other lasted 4 years!....Through rain, WIND, sun (then it changed color-age 3 1/2...UNBELIEVEABLE! LOVE, LOVE!FIRST PLANT:This has been hanging on the patio....although it is artificial, which I had to purchase-it rains and the air conditioner is there so a REAL plant could not tolerate any of that. NONE of the flowers, leaves have fallen off and it swings high and in spinning circular motion constantly. It STAY INTACT....I did put it is a heavier larger basket otherwise it would have spinned off the balcony....it looks real and is beautiful.

In May 2016, we purchased three of these to hang seasonally from our west facing front porch. They looked fairly real and held up to the wind. Unfortunately, the third summer the leaves started fading to an awful blue color that looked terrible and we had to get rid of them. They were great while they lasted, but because of their short lifespan, we would not purchase them again.

This hanging basket is a Good size for a Shepherds hook & is nice & full! The color is called Gold, but think it looks more orange but still pretty & different also. Would definitely buy again but hope it lasts outside as comes in a basket that will get wet??

5 stars are not enough for this seller they should get at least 10. Their product is lovely and their customer service excellent. After receiving my original order I contacted them asking for a replacement hanger because the plant hanger was poor quality and frayed. To my surpise they responded within an hour telling me they were shipping another hanging basket. Fedex just delivered my second Nasturtium Silk hanging basket. It's as lovely as the first and I'm pleased to report the actual rope hanger is of much better quality than the first. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I'm totally satisfied! I was also amazed at how well it was packaged. It came out of the box almost perfect other than a half dozen wrinkled leaves and a small amount of rearranging....I admit I wasn't sure what to expect. As another reviewer wrote, the flowers are actually a full orange, as opposed to the lighter peachy colour in the photo. Absolutely pleased, it's realistic looking and brightens up the room that it's placed in.

Looks awesome! Some leaves fell off when i opened the package and was arranging the vines but nothing to worry about.

All flowers were orange which was a bit disappointing. I was hoping for some yellow as pictured. Other than that, it's full and beautiful. Lots of flowers and foliage. Looks real and natural.

These are gorgeous!!! I hung them outside on my garden shed and put them in a store bought hanging planter with some gravel for weight as we have lots of wind here ! Look so real !!

Very nice..few crinkled leaves from being in box but they straightened out quick..Nice mixture of yellow and orange..mine was exactly as pictured...very full too. Would order another if i needed one
