Good for sore knees and trigger points. It works well, and stays cold for quite awhile. It would be nice if it were a bit longer or with an adjustable handle, but overall a good purchase.

The description of the item is accurate. It does stay cold for longer than the previous product I purchased (elsewhere). I believe that is due to the liquid inside. However, do not let the ball freeze or you will need to wait to use it. The ball won't turn. So plus side; stays cold for quite awhile. It's size is good for smaller areas like knees, feet, etc. However, for larger areas like one's back, insufficient. Can't reach with the length of the handle & the size of the ball for larger areas doesn't work either.
