Can I use it for my fountain machine?

We do not recommend using this bag for any product with carbonation. Cheers!

What are the dimensions of a 10L bag filled?

Filled dimensions vary with each application. The unfilled dimensions of the bag are 16x21". Cheers!

are they freestanding once filled (5 L.) ?

Once they are filled, the bags would lay flat and would need some sort of support to be freestanding such as a box. Cheers!

Can the spigot be removed and a tubing connector be attached? Or can a tubing connector be attached to the fill tube?

For this bag in particular, the front spout is fully seated and very difficult to remove. You should try the regular 10L BIB bags with just the front spout and not the dual spouts. You can remove the spout and attach a bag side fitting that is sold from our website.
