Etude House Drawing Eye Brow, No.1 Dark Brown, 0.2 Ounce

This brow pencil has quickly become one of my everyday makeup staples. The texture is smooth and easy to work with, not too waxy or too dry, so it fills in brows without looking harsh. I love how natural the dark brown shade looks; it blends right in and gives that soft, defined finish that doesn’t smudge or fade throughout the day. The angled tip makes it simple to shape and fill, even when I’m in a rush, and the attached spoolie brush helps even everything out perfectly. It’s also compact, so it’s easy to toss in my bag. If you like a low-maintenance, natural-looking brow, this one’s definitely worth trying.

I’ve repurchased this eyebrow pencil multiple times because it’s such an easy and reliable way to fill in my brows. My natural brows are very light and somewhat sparse, so I usually just want something that darkens them slightly and makes them look more defined without looking overly drawn-on. The texture of this pencil is soft enough to glide on easily, but not so creamy that it smudges. It creates thin, natural-looking strokes that blend nicely with my real brow hairs. The Dark Brown shade matches my brows very well, which can be tricky since I have fair, sensitive skin and black, slightly wavy hair. A lot of brow products look too warm or too heavy on me, but this one keeps things subtle. I prefer a natural makeup look, and this fits perfectly into that kind of routine. It also lasts well throughout the day. I typically apply it in the morning as part of my daily AM routine and it stays in place through a full workday without fading or becoming patchy. The pencil includes a small brush on the other end for blending. I don’t use it often, but it’s helpful when I want to soften the edges. Overall, this is a great value brow pencil that’s easy to apply, natural-looking, and dependable. Definitely a 5-star staple in my daily makeup routine.

Good product, but a little dry. The sticker is horribly placed and ridiculous to remove. The spoolie cap is consistently loose. I've purchased these pencils a few times and every single end cap on the spoolie side becomes so loose, it just falls off. 3.5 stars

Even though I felt the shipping took way too long and the seller could have been better with communication, I love this product! I have almost no eyebrows due to a thyroid condition. I have been drawing mine on for years. I'm only 33, and I do NOT like the drawn on look. So I want it to look as natural as possible. I eventually got my eyebrows tattooed on a few years ago because I was having trouble making mine look even and also wanted the color to not get rubbed off easily. The tattoos are as natural as I could get them, and I did not make them too dark or too thick. I am very fair skinned/irish. So over time the tattoos do get a slight pink faded edge. In comes a brow pencil. I have used a lot of the skinny brow pencils that claim to make "hair like strokes". Look...this is just impossible. No tattoo or pencil can gives a stroke that is as fine as a hair. So in the end the reason I like this is because it's a thicker pencil with an edge. The fine pencils require great artistry skills and time to get it looking great. This pencil, even though I was afraid the thickness would make me look like a freak, is much easier to use, faster and makes you look just as natural. The edge is contoured just right so you can do the thick part and the thin part with ease. I feel like I should state that even though I use the word 'natural', nothing beats real eyebrow hair. But when you don't have that option, this is (to me) the best option. It also lasts all day.

I love the shape of the pencil tip, it makes filling in my brows easy. The color is perfect. The consistency is a bit waxy/hard compared to my other brow pencils but it's not a big deal. I think that actually makes it harder to accidentally smudge off my eyebrows throughout the day. My brows are very sparse toward the tails and this pencil does a good job at making them look full.

It's a little hard drawing my eyebrows because it looks a little muddled and blurry when I draw them. So, at times it looks obvious that my eyebrows are drawn in but maybe I just need to get used to the product and the formula. I might just be a little heavy handed when I do them. But, I do love the spooly brush on the other side of the pencil, and I do appreciate that the pencil is retractable. UPDATE 10.27.2017 I'm a little frustrated over this. So the second week I was using this a small part of the top of the pencil broke off. I didn't let it bother me that much, even though I was losing a bit of product. I let that slide. Then two weeks after that the whole product breaks out of the pen! So now, I have to deal with making sure the product doesn't slip out and I lose it or break it while I'm drawing in my eyebrows! I understand this happens with a lot of retractable but this is frustrating to deal with. I really like the formulation of this pencil and was really hoping I would like it enough to keep purchasing it after I run out but this is too annoying to deal with. I more than likely won't purchase this again.

El trazado es un poco grueso. Eso hace que sea más rápido maquillar la ceja y que se vea más uniforme que con puntas finas.

Farben und Shades im Internet auszusuchen ist immer etwas schwer, jedoch hatte ich die richtige Entscheidung getroffen und bin mit dem Produkt sehr zufrieden. Eine gute Qualität, eine schöne natürliche Farbe. Es verschmiert nicht. Auch die Lieferung erfolgte sehr schnell und ohne Probleme!
