The order arrived in a timely fashion, and I've used them several days. While the sunglass holders are good quality and work as advertised, I need them for a slightly different use that they're not quite as good for. I bought them to keep my very heavy daily glasses comfortably in place, and they proved unsatisfactory for that. I found it uncomfortable having the knotted cord tight against the back of my head.all day. Also, the slim profile of the silicone tubes that secures them to the temple legs don't help hold the glasses in place. So, while they would work quite well for sunglasses worn intermittently or, with the cord untied, for tethering any type of glasses around the neck to rest on the chest. they didn't fill my need as well as another design I found that has chunkier silicone holders that keep my glasses in place by gripping my head behind my ears. UPDATE: I have tried the head strap again and changed my opinion. My earlier preference for the 'chunkier' strap proved to be a mistake when those straps loosened during use. So, I gave these an extended trial and found that they improved over time. I've increased my rating accordingly, from 3 stars to 5.

Pack of 5 at a cheap price. Perfect for a family outing (kayaking and zip lining as was in my case). Like some other reviews said, the rubber grips on these are fairly small. If you have large framed glasses/sunglasses you may want to look elsewhere. But anything "standard" seems to fit well. The rubber grips tightly and your glasses won't go anywhere. I was wondering if the normal "cord" based strap would be less comfortable than the bigger straps out there, but I didn't even notice them, even with a hat on and a helmet. The rubber on the glasses feels a bit odd at first, but you soon forget it and don't even notice it. I would suspect any holder would have this effect since it is something added to your glasses. Another hint, tie the end of the cord in a knot upon itself to keep the plastic adjuster from sliding off the end. They are sort of a pain to get back on, or they might get lost (as proven by my son). They aren't the greatest quality items, but they aren't cheap either. They work as intended, I have no complaints.

the straps are to short. I am a big guy with a 21 inch neck. Not much room for glasses to hang down. Cord stayed connected to glasses for about three days, then the connection got stretched out and would not hold the glasses securely. Glasses kept falling off. In expensive and a cheap sufficient way to have glasses on. Smaller guy who isn't active, good product.

These glasses straps work just fine! I found that they hold firm onto the earpieces, so much so that they are hard to put on and take off. But then I tried coating the ends of the earpieces with just a little bit of dish soap and they slid on and held nicely, and came off easily. I use them for bicycle glasses, my prescription glasses when I'm working around the house and yard so they don't fall off when I bend over and I'm sweaty (move the slider up to the back of your head), and the same for when I have my reading glasses on when I wear contact lenses. So, a multi-strap package works great!

I really do like these sunglass holder straps, enough to write a review to recommend them. In fact I bought them for my reading glasses. The jeweled chains I was using constantly get tangled in my long hair. I have several and they all have the same problem. When you take the glasses and chains off you have to wrap them up, you can't just lay them down or hang up. So I specifically looked for straps used for athletic purposes. These slip on the very ends of the glasses, if the ends are narrow enough, and hold tightly. The cord was just what I wanted: smooth, quality and I think elegant. The straps are long and adjustable for length. They never get tangled in anything, and I don't have to wrap them up after taking off. I just hang them on a hook or lay them down so they're easy to put on again. The price for 5 of these was really fantastic. I got the black and am thinking of reordering the chocolate brown straps as well. I am very happy with this purchase. Thanks.

These things worked great for a week or so, but one of the straps eventually pulled free of the rubber tube that hold it onto the glasses. I could shove it back into the tube, but it didn't stay put at all, which made the whole contraption worthless. I think a bit of superglue would fix it, but I kept forgetting to go out and buy some until the second strap pulled free, and the only thing left was the rubber tubes. UPDATE after ~2 months of use: I got an email from the seller, politely asking me to give their product another shot, and update my review with the results. My second shot was, sadly, just as bad as the first .The adhesive they use to hold the strap to the rubber tubes that attach to the earpieces just doesn't hold up for very long, and eventually separates from the rubber. I finally did go out and get some superglue, and that fixes the problem. But I shouldn't have to do that after barely a few weeks of use. The product should just stay together on its own.

These are the most comfortable eyeglass/sunglass/reading glasses holders I have ever used. The length is perfect and the rubber holders fit all the frames I had and held very snugly. I was so tired of my glasses slipping off or falling off every time I bent down and then having to find them on the ground. Thankfully, I don't have to do that anymore. I would like to have something like this to carry a box or holder of some sort to put my hearing aids in when hot or sweaty. I may try to adapt these to that job. This is added since the first review. I still like the glass holder straps exceptionally well, but one pair did have the cord come out of the rubber holder. Simple fix is put a drop of flue on cord and reinsert cord the rubber holder. still great glass holders.

works well but one of the small ropes came out of the holder, just stuffed back in , if it happens again a bit of glue might be needed, Otherwise it would of got 5 stars

For those having trouble attaching the strap to your glasses” temples, dip the end of the temple in Vaseline and slide the rubber strap end onto your glasses. Very satisfied with product after years searching for the right fit.
