This is the classic pasta maker we know and love. Just prepare your dough, and then shape it perfectly flat and smooth with this machine. You can make flat sheets for lasagne or filled pasta (e.g. ravioli), or cut it as fettuccine or tagliolini (noodles). It extremely easy to use, and does the job well. Not only making pasta at home is healthy, as you can use your favourite flour (wholewheat, kamut, gluten-free) and additional ingredients, but it's also a fun activity for a sunday morning at home.

Great machine. I’ve had to improvise with the station as the clamp doesn’t work with my kitchen unit. It’s easy to use and adjust thickness. Slightly cumbersome to clean but I think it’s great value and makes for fun evenings. It looks fab in the kitchen and I feel accomplished making my own pasta.

We were inspired to try making our own pasta after watching James Martin on the telly. This came in good time, is a good quality stainless steel piece of kit. We have now used it several times and become quite good at it. It assembles and fixes to the work top easily and is easy to pack away. One small problem is one of the base fixing bolts has come undone and the corresponding nut is rattling around inside the frame which I can't get to. This doesn't affect the operation of the machine though. I would just keep checking all the nus and bolts are tight to avoid this problem.

Amazing product

Sadly we needed to make pasta on the day it arrived. But no instructions or paperwork on how to clean or use this pasta maker. Luckily we googled how to clean and use a pasta machine so wiped clean with vodka (it was filthy internally) and used by trail and error. The clamp is very flimsy and doesn't stop the pasta machine from moving around whilst you try to use it. It is not fit for purpose as it takes one person to hold the machine still and one to roll the pasta. Very disappointed that Amazon let this be sold to UK customers as its so awful and sent from China.

The Lasagna/ Ravioli part works well, but fettuccine or tagliolini forget it, the dough goes through OK but the machine does not cut through. I threw this part of the machine in the bin, it must have been delivered to us broken and what a mess my lovely dough was ruined? We did buy the machine for Ravioli so for the price paid we are quite happy.

This pasta maker is amazing, one star knocked off due to missing part when originally purchased. However, seller was contacted and they were happy to send the missing part straightaway. Good price when compared to others online. Easy to use and clean. Robust design and the pasta sheets came out perfect due to the various thickness settings.

食品衛生と安全性の面で、とても大きな不安を感じました。 届いた商品は、外箱がボロボロで柔らかくなった汚れたオレンジ色の段ボールで、外で長期間保管され再利用された箱のような状態でした。新品の商品として信じがたい見た目です。 開封した瞬間、機械全体から「工場の油」のような強い匂いがして、食品を扱う製品とは思えませんでした。 さらに、箱の中には埃や段ボールの破片が入り込み、本体の隙間には青いビニール片が挟まっていました。内部の金属部分には黒い油汚れも残っていて、食品用の機械として非常に不安を感じました。結局、自分で分解し、アルコールで徹底洗浄する必要がありました。 また、土台部分に鋭利な箇所があり、手を切りそうになりました。食品を扱う機械で、このレベルの安全性と品質管理は本当に問題だと思います。 4600円の商品なので高級品とは思っていませんでしたが、「最低限の清潔さ」と「安全に使用できる状態」は期待していました。この状態で出荷されたことがとても残念です。 改善を強く求めます。 EN: Strong smell of industrial oil and serious hygiene & safety concerns
