My dog gets teary eyes because his coat is very light I use this quite often and it helps to reduce the tear stains the dog seems to like it and it does not aggravate her eyes.

I’ve tried a variety of products to get rid of my boy’s tear stains and these two in combination are the ONLY ones that have worked. I tried them at the behest of Chat GPT, who promised me this was what I was looking for. I have the tear stain remover solution and the powder and I use both. I didn’t detect any difference for the first 2-3 weeks of use but I read the reviews saying to keep on it and stayed consistent. My dog doesn’t seem to mind my cleaning and prodding so the solutions must be gentle on his eyes. I applied to his eyes an average of 5 times each week (1x per day). We still have some faint stains to get rid of- I’m sure we’ll get to the point where he has zero staining over the next month at the rate we’re going. But even at this point, I consider this issue 90% solved. TYSM, Eye Envy.

Well…. It’s better than just using wipes on their own (like Angel Eyes). This is our first white dog, and the eye stains are ridiculous! But it seems like the eye stains are a bit better using this, especially due to the powder part of the process, which helps dry up the area. The stains never go away completely, but are better.

I never write reviews but after a month of not noticing a difference, my dog no longer has tear stains. The key is consistency, once a day in all the moist areas. Honestly it took about a month and a half before noticing, but nothing else worked. The pads are very soft and thin and I just used cotton rounds when I ran out my dog has fur, not hair so I didn’t have the option of trimming down the stained fur, and eventually they’re completely gone. Definitely buying again.

It’s an ok cleaner , the liquid works so/so but the powder does not work well . Wouldn’t buy this product again

It doesn't work it looks a little bit better when you put the powder on there but it doesn't remove the stains

I bought this item for my yorkie dog since lately I had seen her tears a little rusty! I'm very picky specifically with that area! I've been using it for a week and it really works! Very satisfied with the purchase! I recommend it for puppies that have the same problem!

This stuff is amazing. In less than a month tear stains were gone.
