Take the dose and get improved memory & focus

I've been taking 2-3 of these capsules almost every day for about 2 months. My general mood has been better than it has in years, and I'm feeling calmer even though I'm handling a lot of stress. I began supplementing with L-theanine around the same time I started taking these, so I skipped the lion's mane for a week to see whether it made a difference. It did. My mood is better on overage when I take the lion's mane capsules. I'm also finding it easier to maintain focus under stress. I’ve had attention deficit disorder since childhood, so any improvement in focus is really noticeable to me. There is some scientific evidence that L-theanine can alleviate certain ADHD symptoms. My guess is that lion's mane wouldn’t affect focus as directly as L-theanine, but being calm makes it much easier to stay focused in stressful situations. It's possible that lion's mane and L-theanine have a synergistic effect, but I can only base this on my own experience. I like this product, and I will continue supplementing with lion’s mane.
