Perfect Fit
I fitted a new switch which came with these. It looked so good when finished that I decided to add them to all my new sockets and switches in the kitchen. A bit pricey though for the number you get. Additional comments. 22 Feb 24. Purchased more of these for the rest of the house. Sadly they do not fit!! SO BEWARE It seems that they fit my newer switches and sockets but not those that have been in the house 25 years!! Not sure why as those look the same style as my new ones. Not sending them back as it was my fault to assume that the screw spaces were all a standard size. Gutted!

Good fit.
Slightly expensive for what they are, but hey I knew the price before I bought them. These seem to be 8mm at the cap end and fit 7mm holes. The holes in my light switches are countersunk so these caps press down flat/flush and do not protrude. They look good and are a firm fit. I did have to remove two of the caps so an electrician could gain access. I found I could remove them with some gorilla tape I have, sellotape wasn't strong/sticky enough for me but I suspect with a bit of perseverance and a lot of choice words it probably would have worked in the end!

Hager wall sockets, unfortunately these caps are to big.

Nexus Spare Socket Caps.
Ordered 2 packs, I have general size wall sockets screw holes and these fitted perfectly, bonus quick delivery.

Needs to be a newer style switch
Took a punt, as previous reviews state these don’t fit older light switches. The newer switches with the slight recess work a treat 👌

Wrong size
These caps don’t snugly fit UK switch screw holes. I had to bodge by using some blu tac. Not ideal. Shame
