These are not for the soil test kit ph meter...they seem to be for prunning shears?

Yes this three in one meter reads soil ph. Put it in the ground wait a few minutes and it gives a very close to accurate reading. Just don't forget about it in the pot for days it won't work right afterwards

How do I use the plant watering guide?

Just look up the type of plant…many are under an umbrella…for instance there are many succulents. If you don't know the name of a plant there is a plant ID app that is sometimes correct. Otherwise just look at photos.

Does this meter have moisture level for Zamioculcas or aka zz plants?

No matter where I put this thing(lawn, garden, potted plant, etc) the meter never budges for any of the 3 settings. How can I fix this?

Yours sounds broken? When I add water mine shoots up to proper level probably within 10-15 minutes
