PLANTERS Deluxe Lightly Salted Cashews, Plant Based Protein, 18.25Oz (1 Ct)

Excellent Quality and So Fresh !! The cashew sizes are large . A few broken pieces but majority of whole cashews . For the amount of cashews you get 1 pound 2.25 oz for i can’t buy these at the store , for Amazon’s prices.. I like how it’s lightly salted too. A healthy snack that is affordable and worth its value . I add these to salads, stir fry’s,crumbled on poki is delicious. I put them on a scoop Of ice cream so many versatile ways to enjoy these delicious cashews LOL I highly recommend!!

I originally bought these because I needed a better snack option that wouldn’t completely wreck my blood sugar. As a type 2 diabetic, finding something that actually tastes satisfying and doesn’t send my numbers through the roof can be frustrating. These cashews have honestly become my go-to snack during the day. What I like most is the balance. They’re lightly salted, so you still get that savory crunch without feeling like you just ate a spoonful of sodium. The cashews themselves taste fresh and buttery, not stale or overly dry like some cheaper brands I’ve tried. I keep a container at my desk and another in the car because they actually fill me up between meals and help me avoid grabbing junk food. I also appreciate the consistency. With PLANTERS, I pretty much know what I’m getting every time — good quality nuts with very few broken pieces floating around at the bottom. That reliability matters when you’re paying a little more. My only complaint is the price. They are definitely more expensive than store brands, especially if you go through them quickly like I do. But honestly, I’ve wasted money on cheaper nuts that didn’t taste nearly as good. If you want a satisfying snack that feels a little healthier without tasting “diet,” these are worth trying. Hope this helps someone!
