Can I add 2 more hermit crabs with the 2 I already have?

Yes and No! Mostly depends on how big their enclosure is! If you have the room then sure! I have 8 and all have been bought at different times and they get along well! But I will say the main cause of death is stress so maybe introduce them slowly and maybe make sure their in plenty of places for them to hide and chill out! Me personally I don’t think I would have them shipped! I just think that would cause them a tremendous amount of stress and they may not make it through the shipping process! But that is just my opinion!

How to the hermits get the necessary humidity levels to breathe in those cups

The cup has a ring of air holes around the edge of the lid. The crabs are packed with a damp sponge to provide humidity.
