NYX PROFESSIONAL MAKEUP Studio Perfect Primer, Vegan Face Primer - Clear

This will forever be my favorite primer. It goes on your skin so well and really blends in really well eliminating all excessive redness and hiding large pores. I've tried so many primers and this is by far my favorite and for such a great price. This primer makes your makeup go on silky smooth and stay on holding everythingin place. I absolutely love this primer it feels like butter. It has such a great texture. Ulta beauty stopped selling it and im so thankful I can still purchase it on Amazon. Nyx really is a good makeup line.

I have oily skin. I have issues with foundation "melting" or breaking up on my skin. I've tried applying this clear primer a couple ways. First I tried fingers and then a brush. Both application methods resulted in way too much product on my skin and I had so much oil those days. Then I applied with a damp sponge : EmaxDesign 3 Pieces Makeup Blender Sponge Set, Foundation Blending Blush Concealer Eye Face Powder Cream Cosmetics Beauty Make up Sponges. latex free, non-allergenic and odour free . I used only a pea sized amount for my whole face and got a lovely matte finish. I also noticed that my laugh line by my mouth stayed covered with foundation. Normally I have to touch that up when checking mid-day. Overall, I am pleased with the staying power of multiple products combined. I am using Neutrogena Shine Control Liquid Makeup Broad Spectrum Spf 20, Classic Ivory 10, 1 Oz. (which uses rice powder to absorb oil, it feels gritty to finger tips, but if applied with a damp sponge, applies smooth and fills pores). I set my foundation with NYX Cosmetics Blotting Powder, Light/Medium, 0.29 Ounce to get a superb finish. All of these work together so well. I also use a liquid concealer which is also from NYX : NYX Cosmetics Concealer Wand, Fair, 0.11-Ounce . It's taken me a while to find drug store level products that work well for my oily skin, but I am enjoying my current routine. Even though this primer feels silky to touch, I get a matte finish with my application method. Thankful I decided to try this primer!

I had read this was like a cheaper Dupe for Smashbox primer.....so of course, I ordered to try it! Always looking for ways to save some money -- but I didn't feel like this primer was anything like Smashbox primer. The feel wasn't the same, the longevity, etc. However, it is a lot cheaper -- so if my expectations had been lower, I would say this worked about what I would have expected for the price point. Makeup lasts pretty long

I have skin with a lot of pink undertones. Therefore, it's necessary for me to use a green primer to look my best. And, since I'm out among the public singing very often, it's necessary for me to look my best and take care of my skin. This primer gets rid of the excessive pink undertones in my skin and allows me to use tinted moisturizer instead of foundation, unless, of course, I'm going to be on stage, and then, stage makeup is necessary. This primer glides on nicely and evenly. It isn't too thick, but it does cover the pink and evens out my skin tone. It's pretty creamy, so a little goes a long way, making this a good bang for your buck. I have dry skin, so I use a lot of moisturizing products, and I find this primer is moisturizing as well. I can recommend this highly to anyone who has pink undertones they want to tone down. (If you have yellow undertones, this is the wrong primer for you.) Everyone is different, but I find this lasts all day for me. If I apply it at 7:00 am, it, and my tinted moisturizer, will still look fine at 9:00 or 10:00 pm, especially if I use the setting spray made by the same company. Highly recommended to all who have excessive pink undertones in their skin and want to eliminate them.

I had high hopes for this but it didn't correct my redness at all, but it is a smooth primer. It's a little greasy feeling at first but it goes away after a few minutes. If you're looking for a "sticky" primer this isn't it.

So excuse me using my face, but it's a great example. I have pretty mid range rosacea so my face is, in general, pretty red. This is especially true on my nose, and my right cheek. My usual foundation hadn't been covering it quite as well as it used to, especially with my exposure to the summer sun and whatnot, so I figured I'd give some color correcting cream a try. I first went for the e.l.f product, but the reviews were rather scathing, so I chose this one as it's a brand I'm familiar with. I decided to try it right after a shower, just as a trial run, so I can't speak on it's longevity, but there are two things I can say. 1. There was a very slight scent I wasn't overly fond of when I first squirted it on my fingers, but it quickly went away once it was rubbed in. It rubbed in well, and dried quickly so there was no hang time which is great if you're in a rush. 2. It feels pretty moisturizing but that's not typically something I pay all that much attention to because I don't typically use primers. Although this was just a quick trial run to see if it would actually cover the red, I'd say it had pretty good success. You can see in one picture half my face is bare, and the other is covered, and the covered side has worse redness so I'd say it did it's job. After a few more uses, I'll decide whether I'd like to add this product to my regular rotation.

I LOVE this primer. I will never use anything else. I have rosacea which I mean this primer doesn't cover the red like I wish it would, but it fills the pores and makes my skin so soft... perfect canvas for foundation or just not wearing anything. I have sensory issues but when I find a texture I like I will sit and touch it for hours. It's hard to fight the temptation to touch my face it's so soft and silky. Foundation glides on. I use the matte mousse ( aging myself here ) and it goes on so smoothly! I use my blender to finish off and it's just like a magazine airbrush job, in my opinion. It sure makes me feel beautiful. One tube lasts for ages too! You don't need a whole lot, maybe a pea sized dab.

My favorite drugstore primer. Feels so silky and smooth. It's kind of like putting a filter on your skin! I mean it doesn't erase wrinkles (I wish!), but it does have a smoothing affect and feels nice on the skin

Dépose un film soyeux, effet peau de pêche, très agréable au toucher ! Selon moi, pour un effet optimal il ne faut pas trop l'étendre et l'appliquer en tapotant par zone (inutile d'en mettre sur tout le visage si ce ne sont que les ailes du nez qui en ont besoin par ex). Apparemment non comédogène. Très bon produit.

Mu fácil de aplicar, deja la piel muy suave y facilita el difuminar la base. Y uno de los puntos más favorables es que aún teniendo piel mixta, no me deja sensación grasa. La única pega esque trae poca cantidad.
