Nutrition Double Chocolate Chunk Protein Bars, 20g Protein Bars, 1g Sugar, 4g Net Carb, Gluten Free, Keto Friendly, 12 Count

NOTE: This is the second of three flavors that I have tried. The review is relatively the same with adjustments made for flavor. I work out 4-5 days per week and often struggle with getting enough protein in my diet. These bars were highly recommended and have turned out to be quite helpful. I have tried several varieties , and these truly taste like a dense chocolatey, chewy brownie. They are overall delicious, but there is a hint of an aftertaste. Of the three varieties I have tried, these are ranked #3 simply because nothing can replace the taste and texture of a good quality chocolate. Eaten with a glass of milk the bars are quite filling; I always feel as if I have had a special treat! I often use them as an afternoon or evening snack and take them with me when I travel. Actually I keep one or two in my car just in case. They are convenient, individually wrapped, and quick and easy. Increasing other sources of protein in my diet, snacking on these bars, and continuing my workout regimen, my muscle mass has continued to develop along with improvement in my strength and stamina (I am over 70 years old). One thing alone has not been responsible, but the overall increase in the amount of protein in my diet has been aided by the addition of these protein bars. The only problem I have with them is keeping my non-exercising husband from eating them! Give them a try; I don't think you will be disappointed. The double chocolate chunk is so good! It’s only 3 points on weight watchers, which makes it an easy way to keep my calories in check while trying to reach my protein goals! It has a chewy texture, but tastes like brownie batter.

These bars are delicious and filling and a great source of protein. Box is easy to open and helps keep neatly stored whale they last.

These bars are a solid choice for a quick snack. They have a great chocolate flavor and the macro profile is hard to beat—very high in protein with almost no sugar. They’re perfect for staying on track with my goals without feeling like I'm missing out on a treat. I’m giving them 4 stars because the texture is a bit dense (typical for protein bars), but the taste is definitely there!

These are great. Chewy and delicious excellent food for your body.

Why has Quest replaced Stevia with Sucralose? The Double Chocolate Chunk bars were one of the last to still be made with Stevia. But now they've added Sucralose to even the Double Chocolate Chunk. Sucralose in known to alter gut microbiota, induce metabolic dysfunction (including elevated insulin/glucose), produce harmful compounds when heated, and potentially increase risks of inflammation, cardiovascular issues, and certain cancers! I will no longer be buying these bars.

I was on assignment in another office and they had these in their break room. So tasty for a chocoholic. Plus lots of protein. Win-win
