Meets Spec and exceeds expectations.

Measured antenna transfer function using 2 antennas. Found it to be non-dispersive meaning suitable for UWB pulse applications. Verified RFSPACE data for gain and VSWR. Altogether an accurately specified and technically worthy product at a reasonable price point. happy to have found this supplier.

Incorrect Dimensions

I am not sure where Amazon posted their dimensions from! The actual size of this antenna in the two largest dimensions is 19.5" x 15.4" not the product dimensions Amazon posted of 9.25 x 0.2 x 7.5 inches. This is a beast of a size; I understand the physics. No datasheet available on RF Space.

Helpful UWB antenna for everything

Works great with U bolts to attach to poles. I've bought one for personal use and 6 others for work and they work wonderfully. The holes in the middle will also help with some of the wind load as well. You can add some silicone for additional weather proofing if you like as well as long as you are aware of how it might change your VSWR.
