Perfect fit for MK3 focus 2011
Great quality pictures into mirror monitor using wireless transmitter and receiver purchased separately with no loss of signal and grid parking lines. Fitted perfectly to a focus MK3 2011. Time consuming but worth the time. Use crimps not scotch locks for better connection.

Well made but does not fit mk2 / 2.5 focus
Bought this for a head unit that supports a rear view camera, looks to Be well made and would work well if it was for my car. This is not for a focus mk2 as listing states if you look at the pictures the handle is way to big to fit and the connector to the boot is the wrong one also , please don’t buy if you have a mk2 or mk2.5 with will not fit !

****UPDATE**** 28/01/2020 Number plate light stopped working 6 months down the line. Lost 3 stars from me want it replaced Arrived today 01/07/19 fitted today. Simple enough job popped out my old plate light and popped this one in. Fits well. My only concern is when the bulb goes in the fitting it can’t be changed. Would of liked park pilot to of displayed on the screen for my rear sensors also but can’t have it all. Wired the red power cable to the green/brown reverse light easily located behind the little flap on the right side of the boot. Black/red I took to black and blue on my rear camera module plug that was also behind the same flap. Some cars will have this some won’t. Original ford camera requires a module and a camera to work. I also bought a 5mtr male to male yellow aux cable that plugs into the camera and to the display in front. This was quite tight so I’d advise getting a 5.5/6mtr Will update if goes faulty.

Good resolution
Great camera. Installed on my 2013 Ford focus. Bought in conjunction with a mirror lcd display. System works great. Camera very clear day and night. The back up lines of course your static but still give you a good indication of how far before you get too close to something.

Works and has a factory look
This camera works and comes with all the necessary cables for install. Like the other reviews say, it's got a pretty shallow viewing angle which could definitely be better. HOWEVER, the factory appearance and fact that I didn't have a camera before, makes it worth it to me. It's super helpful to see things directly behind the car, but does not replace checking your surroundings, which you should do anyway. You can see the lines and curb stop when backing in which makes it worth it for me. I have a Focus Sedan, most of the tutorials I saw were for hatchbacks. Something to note is the trunk bezel (body color, with rear Ford logo on it) will need to be removed. This had 4 10mm bolts, and two clips holding it on. I squeezed one clip which was kinda a pain to get it out, and you can slide the bezel out of the other clip rather than removing it, by pushing the bezel to the side away from the car. You don't have to do it that way, but since the clip was a pain I did it that way. I was able to stuff the camera cable through the factory boot where the reverse light/trunk button goes in. I sealed it all with new electrical tape as the factory had done. I ran the video cable from the head unit, across the bottom of the glovebox, into the trim piece at the right of the passenger footwell. From there I pulled out the rubber seals for the doors on the passenger's side and ran the wire down that channel at the bottom. When I got to the back door, I was able to pop the panel near the passenger side rear seatbelt and there was a hole that went right into the trunk. Once in the trunk, I wrapped the video cable around the factory harness the whole way to the rubber boot. Wrapping it will use the remaining length and keep it out of the way of any items in the trunk. As far as wiring, my head unit had a wire (this was called out on the directions, it does have some sort of CANBUS communication) on the harness that I tapped into with the red wire on the video cable. I then connected the two red wires from the camera harness in the trunk to the video cable at the other end and heat shrunk the connection. I taped over the ground cable as this was not necessary. I did not need to tap into the brake/reverse lights. Also to note, my particular head unit only gets a video feed when the engine is running, not in accessory. It will go into reverse but it does not send video. Just a note so you don't panic like I did when testing everything.
