It is what it promises. I wish it was bigger though. I have more than 12 medications and there isn't a way to add more or put multiples on a single entry page. Otherwise it is a good product to have with you in an emergency or doctor visit where they need a list of your meds. It has other pages identifying your doctors, pharmacists, contacts, and med schedule which are all useful should you be unable to respond in a medical emergency. It could be life and death if they give you an accidental overdose or contradictory medication if you can't answer what meds you are on. I keep it in my wallet along with my medical alert card and the business cards of my doctors.

It could have a little bit bigger
Could have been a little bigger cause I purchased it for my mom so it would be easier to record her meds when she goes to the Dr .

Not what it says! Way to pricey for the lie!
Not what was expected and total Waste of money! Went right into the garbage! Was just looking for an allergy/medications currently on card but this is a magnetic medicinal tracker that doesn’t have space to even write half of what I need a day let alone be what I bought it for. Not to mention it’s bulky and does not fit in a credit card slot like my other one. Just not worth it at all.

Easy to keep on hand and change over time
I store it like a credit card so it is always easy to find. I make changes at the drug store as I wait for them to fill my medication so it is always up to date. If fact my parents liked it so much I ordered 2 for them.
