Gives gas but works great! I take these all the time and they have turned my butt into a boom-box! I can literally hear myself make all kinds of pops and squeaks and sounds all day. This is the easiest way for me to get my fiber. The tablets even taste good. Walgreens don’t carry the chewable tablets, only gummy’s which I don’t like.

These are great especially after a meal. They easily melt, and you get your dose of fiber and prebiotics. I can't find these in stores anymore, they only sell the gummies, or the drink powder. I prefer these. Smell like fruit, easy to carry around, easily digestible.
