A good holding anchor. Klein also has great tools.
As an electrician, this is my go-to for medium-hold anchors. I cannot remember how many of these kits I bought over my lifetime.

Great concrete anchors
I used them to put up a 40 light set of outdoor ‘party’ lights that are so popular these days. They had to be drilled into solid concrete and the included bit worked perfectly. While it can be used with a rotary drill, I used a hammer drill and it was still sharp after drilling 40 holes. And the anchors held nicely. Klein makes quality products and this kit was no exception. Great value

I have been using these for years. They still hold up ok. I will say the screws are now a little cheaply made, but still work as they should One out of like 40 screws broke under pressure from an impact gun. Still good for the price
