Dear Customer, Reed diffuser works on the principle of capillary action. You need to pour the aroma oil into the ceramic pot and immerse the reed stick into it. Reeds sticks has porous where the aroma travels up the sticks and gently permeates the rooms. If you want mild fragrance use less sticks, more sticks means more fragrance.

Do we have to put some drops of oil into water or whole oil bottle has to be emptied into the pot without any water?

Reed oil is already light in properties to be easily absorbed by the Reed stick. No need to add any water. Put small quantity of oil every 3/4 days into the pot.

How to use with lavender oil

Dear customer. Put the oil in ceramic and put sticks into it. After 30 mins turn the sticks upside down. Put all sticks together if the room is big. Thanks Team Pragariki

i purchased this for office purpose as a trial . i used 5 reed sticks provided. Every morning as i reach office the smell overwhelms me, very pleasant. the only shortcoming is it wont last a month . so i will have to buy bulk 1 liter fragrance oil for replenishing the pot every month. Anyways worth the buy, no regrets. will buy again . highly recommended product.
