I love how simple it is to use. Just put it on and strap it up. It's amazing. It can even adjust to different head sizes. I use it every other day, and have noticed improvements in the quality of my pushups. When keeping the shoulders down you gotta use neck muscles to hold your head. I noticed my neck feels much more comfortable when doing pushups since I've strengthened it a bit with the VikingStrength Head Harness. However, the only 2 things I dont like about it, the reason for the 4 stars for comfort.thia might be a personal problem, but the chin strap kinda scratches the underside of my chin. I haven't tried wearing it every possible way, but I'm sure there's a simple solution to the scratching. Might be my head size and shape, maybe I'm just strapping it on too fast cuz it's not that irritating and I just wanna train. Overall it's an amazing product and I'd say it's worth every penny if you want a strong neck. Great for building a solid defense.

When this neck-harness arrived, I was surprised by how sturdily built it is. Very impressive. Beefy! Although the neck muscles are obviously some of the most important in the entire body, they are often some of the most neglected and forgotten. Let's face it. Specifically targeting and training the neck is usually an afterthought for a lot of athletes. I think this is because it's sometimes difficult, awkward, and just plain inconvenient to actually train the neck. This harness addresses and remedies those issues. It's super sturdy, super easy to use, fully adjustable, fully padded, very comfortable, and easy to just throw in your workout/gym bag. For me, it seems like the perfect combination between the old-school "dungeon-training" and five-star comfort. The chain can be used with either plates or dumbbells, and the d-rings and carabiners can be used to clip in to the cable of a weight-machine. Furthermore, the design of the harness lets you target specific and various angles. Very versatile. I like to train my neck on the days I train shoulders (deltoids/trapezii). This seems to me like the most logical way to integrate the different neck-exercises, as those muscles aforementioned are all interrelated. And, this harness is the perfect "tool" to implement neck-training and put those exercises back into your workout-routine. Give this specialty piece of workout-gear a try! You won't be disappointed...

This is a good value and is made well with one caveat. If you are lifting heavy weight with this the chain tends to rub along side of the material on your head. If you are not loading heavy weights on the chains( larger plates) it should be fine. The sewing is good and the velcro is strong. If you are just staring out with this its good, if you uave a neck like a bull then maybe not.

I am an MMA fighter, personal trainer, and an all around fitness lover. With that busy of a lifestyle I am always looking for new gear and tech for the cheapest buck. I truly can say this is exactly what I was looking for. It’s a very sturdy neck harness with an easy to adjust frame. The chain is thick but not too thick. You can still easily fit the chain through any sized weighted plate. The frame is easy to take off your head without any tug around the throat; for your comfort I suppose. The material is thick and not crap! You won’t have to worry about it tearing on you from the amount of weight. For the money I would say it’s a steal. You won’t really find this kind of quality for this set up at a Walmart or something. For just $20 a full neck harness and steel chain? I can’t complain. I don’t know how it will hold up because I’ve only had a couple work outs with it but I can truly recommend this harness as the best bang for your buck thus far!

Very well made. I take care of all my tools, and that is what gym equipment is. You treat it like crap, and they will become crap. I don't know why it would take three months for someone to determine the quality of something and if they like it. I know right away. That said. Works great and well made with H.D stiching and hook and loop closure fasteners. However, and Maybe I have A bigger than average top of head to chin length, but I could use approx 1-2 more inches in length on the chin strap. No other issues at all so far though. Good job filling the need. Thank you.

Have only had this for a few weeks, but this is a great harness for neck strength training. Fits great, easy to use, doesn't chaffe. No complaints so far. Update after about 6 months: neck feels a little stronger and more injury resistant. No issues with the product.

Overall, not bad. It's easily adjustable, okay for comfort, and non-restricting. I haven't noted any loose threads or weaknesses in the few weeks I've been using it. The padding is sufficient and it holds more than enough weight than what I need to train my neck. The chain does, however, glode against the chin strap (I have a smaller head with a little extra sticking out at the end of the velcro) and it can be kinda annoying in repetitive motions. But otherwise it works well and is easy to use to train the back of the neck. I got this for cycling to make it easier to hold my head up with a helmet on for longer, and have noticed performance upgrades, so it does its job. Not bad for the price, and I like that it had a bag for transit.

Great quality. Cheap price. Velcro does go after a few months (year) of excessive use. Sowed new velcro on.

Work ,great . Do not over use it or put too much weight , do not rotate your head in an unnatural way with it !,the neck is a fragile area
