Arm bands work very well and hold position throughout the exercise. When the leg bands are tightened they pull through the buckle much more easily than the arm bands and do not take a proper grip and slide down your leg

hard to make as tight as needed because the strap gets thicker a few inches from the end and it is hard to get through the buckle. initially felt ok but as soon as i started moving int he gym the velcro part shifted and tore up the skin on my arms. had to remove part way through the workout or i would have had areas with no skin left

Fabric is soft but still firm. Adjusting isn't very challenging. Seems to be a good size ratio for arms and legs

The velcro doesn't stay in place, quite dissapointed.
