Paint doesn’t dry out, love it ❤️

The sheets do exactly what they were meant to do :). Any heavy bodied acrylics stay fresh and take a long time to dry out when left in your wet pallet. Just as a fun test, I tried these sheets with acrylic paints used for miniature painting, which is not their intended purpose. The brands that I specifically used were Scale 75, Fantasy Games, Monument Paints, and Kimera Kolors. While the paints do stay somewhat wet, this paper does not allow the same amount of water to travel through compared to parchment paper. When painting with acrylics, I enjoyed that these sheets used with a wet pallet do keep your paints fresh longer. So you don't have to worry about taking long breaks or needing to re-mix the colors you already had setup. I would even use these sheets for mini painting if I was in a real pinch.

Disclaimer, I am not an expert or really an artist, but I use paint. I am disabled and due to that there are times that I can’t work on a painting for a few days and sometimes even a week. I really needed a way to keep my paints useable, I mix my own colors and since I’m new I’m not great at getting the colors the same every time. This has been great. I have put paint down and left it there for 7 days. Most of the colors stayed useable, weirdly blue shades didn’t and I don’t know why. All told it is worth it and if I needed to I would buy one again THE BAD I cannot get all four corners to close. I don’t know if it is a defect of the lid or perhaps I’m defective, ok I know what you’re thinking I said earlier that I was disabled so perhaps it’s me, but my attendant, who isn’t disabled can’t close the bloody thing either. BUT even with it not closing that last corner it still kept most of my paint useable for a week, maybe if that side closed my blue wouldn’t have been hard.

I enjoy using these palettes. They have made my job so much easier. Its definitely worth the money.

Works great for what I needed to do. Keeps my paint wet for 2 to 3 weeks.

Don't buy the other and/or cheaper brands. The other brands are just thin parchement paper, which curls and is only one use and then must be thrown out. Masterson refills are thicker, and don't even feel like paper. One sheet keeps my paints moist for a week or more and I can wipe the paints off and rinse the paper and sponge and use it over and over. I use it with acrylic gouache and water soluble oils and it saves me a lot of money on wasted paint. Other brands are a complete waste of money.

These are a must for when using the sta wet palette. These were cheaper here than at art stores. 💯 recommend!
