I'm licenced security officer and any officer working in a field such as loss prevention it's important to have a record of suspicious activity as well as case #s for actual shoplifting arrests. It's good practice to keep those original notes for at least 4-6 months or in the event of a criminal case which you may be called to testify it's very helpful to the prosecution that they can present your original case notes which in any case I've had to be a witness for the prosecution ( only twice in 5yrs) it provides the jury with the same facts of the case being prosecuted. It also adds an added belief for the jury being that the notes may include some non essential information for the jury it does go to your credibility that those notes are original and not created to get a conviction. That's why I log all information, no matter how inconsequential so facts remain facts especially when you can provide an authenticated verification of field notes that cooberates the facts that are being presented at the trial.

This is a necessity to have for multiple sports! I use this for Softball as I'm an umpire and need to keep track of the game. I also use this for Football as I am a referee and need to keep track of the game as well. This fits into my pocket nicely and has a pencil holder for my pencil. Would definitely recommend for sporting officials.

Jot quick notes

I liked the size and they seemed to be good quality however I wish they had put the black tape on top on a little nicer. It was a little wrinkled and lumpy and I am using these to make gifts for sale for my small business. Otherwise they were great and arrived on time for my craft show!

Bought these as replacement refills for the pocket notebook that my hubby accidentally laundered. The cover survived just fine, but I wasn't sure how easy it would be to get proper refills. These are perfect! Glad I got a multi pack, as I imagine that other laundry mistakes might happen.
